This company is a joke.I am a disabled Army vet. I spent 10 and a half years in the army and deployed 3 different times. Here was my experience. The movers literally broke my front screen door at my old house I was moving out of and broke the trim around the door in my new house. The worst part was they broke my $2,900 television and are only going to pay me $39.00 for it. When they arrived they had me sign the paperwork . The idiot I am believed what the guys said. " Hey could you sign this stating we got here and are on time". No words mentioned of insurance at all. I initially claimed it right after it happened. It's now 4 months later and they are just now letting me know I'm getting $39.00 for my tv. Never once mentioned to me that I was signing an insurance waiver. So now I'm out $2,900.

The movers were nice enough. But they did the bare minimum of transporting my stuff from one place to another. They just left it piled into one room of the new place and couldn't even bring the heavy stuff upstairs for me . Because I wasn't home when they delivered my stuff I was unaware until I got home that they had did such a poor job. I also think they took something, one item specifically, and probably figured that I wasn't going to say anything since I'm not supposed to have it. (Think of something that rhymes with long). just keeping it real. Lastly, the movers had left my house key outside of my apartment but they took my storage key home with them. I called and he told me that he would drop it off the next day but didnt show. So I called and asked again and the mover was like Im not working today Ican bring it tomorrow. The end.

The quoted me a price then showed up with no lift to lift heavy items into truck then tried charging me 4 time the quoted price then refused to refund me say i broke contract not paying extra $ but they couldn’t load it

I had a good experience with All America for my local move this summer. They gave me the best quote of the few places I called. They let me know the afternoon before the move that they would be a couple hours later than scheduled—this wasn’t a big deal, and I appreciated the advance notice. The movers helped with some extra stuff, including hauling an old washing machine up the stairs and out of the new place. My computer monitor was broken during the move, and I wasn’t optimistic about the reimbursement process. However, after sending two emails about it, I received a check for the full cost to replace the monitor — about 2/5 of what I had paid to move in the first place. This was beyond what I expected based on the agreement I had signed. Thanks for making it right, All America! I would use this company again.

The Movers that helped move my stuff from the community warehouse in November to my new apartment were amazing! They were fast friendly and extra helpful. I was lucky enough to have one of the guys that has been there for 15 years he was professional, communicative, respectful and very nice I would definitely recommend ☺️
