Danny was awesome! Got us and our camper back on the road quickly and was super nice and helpful. The other guy who helped us was great too but we didn’t get his name. I’d leave 100 stars if I could 😄

We were stranded with a failed starter late last night when Danny showed up to help. He loaded our vehicle, took us to a hotel, and took the car to the mechanic. While unloading the car, and as a last ditch effort, he tried different things to see if he could get the car started so we could drive the 2.5 hours home. Thankfully, something he did worked and we were able to make it home that evening. Danny was very concerned, caring, honest, and just the right man we needed at the right time. If you’re in need of towing, roadside assistance, or any of his other services, I would highly recommend you calling his company first. We are very thankful for him and we feel like we made a friend out of what would normally be a miserable experience. Thanks again, Danny! Tim

Wow. Cancelled a tow through AAA AFTER he told me he was in the way. Never called to tell me. Was a jerk on the phone through the whole interaction when I talked to him. Made comments about what’s wrong with the vehicle, stated the mechanic would be closed etc…. I put the mechanic on the line (3 way call) to explain to him the process, he then tells me he’s on the way. Then cancels without notifying me. Terrible customer service. Why accept the tow through AAA if you’re too lazy or incompetent to do the job?!! Do yourself a favor, let this lazy grump stay home and call a different tow. ETA: He didn’t CANCEL the tow he CLEARED it through AAA as if he’d done it. So no one had a clue until I called. Loser! Also, no glitch inAAA. Driver just hung up with me then he CLEARED the call. Could’ve called back and said “what’s up”. He didn’t because he knew what he was doing. Owner shouldn’t be making excuses. Driver should be fired.

Awesome customer service. Late night service..ensured we were safe and went above/beyond in trying to assist in locating a hotel for us to stay for the night which was a tall order because there was a cyber security convention going on and all the hotels were booked. He didn't leave us until we finally found a room. He was truly a blessing and was greatly appreciated.

We called early in the morning. The service from the ‘hello’ to the ‘tire’s fixed, have a safe trip’ was superior! Anthony was at our location within 20 mins. He changed the tire and filled up the spare with air quickly. He was very polite and attentive. He even told us where to go to get a new tire put on before our trip. And the price was incredibly reasonable too. I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company and Anthony! He really saved the day! Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a towing company. Thank you!!!!!!
