Importing a vehicle for the first time and not being familiar with all the logistics proved to be a costly endeavor for me. Customs broker I hired was not helpful with information, transport company (MVS Canada ) was a nightmare as the guy they contracted to do my pick-up kept delaying the pick up thus costing me demurrage charges and after 7 days still did not pick up, neither was the freight forwarder (Maersk)-terrible customer service overall. I was referred to AllCargo Express and had the pleasure of talking to Marie who not only helped me get the car out of storage but went above and beyond to expedite the move so that I don't incur additional storage expenses. Quick and friendly communication by phone and email. I cannot say enough about the pleasant experience with this company and Marie in particular. I Highly recommend them for all your car shipping needs. Only regret is I was not referred or known about them prior to importing.

Love the employees here. Very friendly and easy going. Location is good. Easy way in and out. Paved tarmac and driveways so rainy days are okay to deliver there. Someone always answer the phone.

I got in touch with Rick for delivering my Dodge Ram truck from Montreal to Delta,BC. It was a door to door service. Rick provided us excellent customer service. We have used other companies before and the experience wasn’t great but for All Cargo, I have only good things to say. He kept us informed and we never had to follow up for anything. 5 star for customer service.

Alberto and his people at this company are highly professional individuals. At every step they very very attentive and responded immediately to all our questions ..specially since this was the first time we were moving countries we didn't know what we were doing but these guys made us feel very comfortable and a kept us informed at all times. All our cargo including some delicate items like my computer arrived in France in perfect condition and quickly. We shipped our things fromVancouver and the guys were there to pick up our things on time. Highly recommend them for international moves. Thanks Alberto.
