This is the absolute worse moving company I have ever seen. They are extremely unprofessional and careless with your belongings. It took them 3 weeks to deliver my belongings and they arrived in horrendous conditions.They busted up all of my boxes (they tried to tape them back with that disgusting brown tape) and my mattress arrived soaking wet (even though it was still in plastic). My boxes were wet and my clothes smelled like mildew. My brand new printer was damaged, things were missing from the busted open boxes, and they delivered 2 of my boxes to someone else's address. When I asked the driver about getting my belongings back from the wrong address he REFUSED to go back and get them. He told me "you can get your boxes from her. She'll give them to you". This company is dreadful! If I could give them zero stars I would. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Real Professionals And Great Guys Dre LA and Hector were careful with every item they Packed up all My Fragile Items ! The entire staff was so friendly ad hard working they really do take Pride in there work and it shows. From my initial contact with Lisa and all my trivial questions (bless her heart I know I am a bit of a nag) but she was always there to put me at ease and help never letting me feel that I was a bother. Diana was was my next contact as she coordinated my delivery Giving me constant updates always keeping me informed. As Diana said Ruben Arrived the following week right on schedule he and his guys did a great job getting everything in my new Home even set up my beds This is by far my best moving experience ever!

All City Van Lines Inc, is the best moving company out there. They get a 10 from me I was short on my money to pay from Pennsylvania to Florida Dre, made sure I had a free 30plus day of storage until I was able to come up with the money Diana is the best of the best this company is very professional I would recommend All City Van Lines Inc to anyone looking to move local or long distance. the delivery guys very professinal Ruben, and his partner were awesome. All boxes were in tact wrapped with care Thanks again to you all Diana, Dre, Mommy, Ruben and his helper you guys are the best. Judith Whiting and Family.

From the moment I called to get an estimate it was all bad. Nicole charmed me into doing business with this company by giving me amazing prices and discounts, even telling me my stuff would arrive 3-4 days after pickup. A few days before my move, we did inventory over the phone and my price ended up doubling. Next, the day of my move, my price went up again! FIVE times the original price I was given on the phone. And another surprise: my stuff wouldn’t arrive until 7 days after pickup. Once my things arrived, I told the movers that I wanted to see my stuff to make sure everything was good before I gave them the rest of the payment. The mover was very rude and demanded the money. While the movers were working, we offered them water, and one of them asked if we had any marijuana! Once they got all my things out, the very last item they got out was one of my dining room chairs and it was broken. The next day while checking all my items, 2 boxes were missing and two of my suitcases of clothes were soaking wet. It’s been a month, and I continue to call to make a formal complaint and I either get hung up on or no answer at all. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!

I used All City to move me from Pennsylvania to Ocala Florida. They were absolutely amazing! Very professional, no hidden charges. Ray was the foreman whose crew picked up my belongings. They took great care of things that were special to me. All of my stuff arrived intact and unbroken. Diana called me to keep me posted on my delivery and went out of her way to get me scheduled for delivery. Andre and Lisa delivered my things to florida. Only after they unloaded an entire truck alone did they tell me they were the owners and took the trip to get my stuff here on time because they were in their busy season and wanted to be sure I had great service! I can not thank them enough. It was a true pleasure doing business with them. Do not use anyone else!!!
