Joe was a great character. He was communicative, accommodating, and professional with my tow. To all of those who knock this service because of time - bay area traffic is a mess! What do you all expect? Tow trucks aren't hovercrafts.

Ok. So I did get my car towed by this company but believe or not that wasn't that bad. I woman (or dispatcher) was very nice to deal with she even took like 20% off the fees. But after I retrieved my car the same day a few hours later, I noticed a dent on my rear side fender. I took photos and compared it with the photos their driver took and in his photos their was no dent. I called the dispatcher she apologized. She said since the company owns a few body shops it would not be an issue to fix it. So when I would try to set something up for me to bring in my car she was either really busy or not there. Then she conveniently contracted co-vid and that was the last I heard from her. This establishment "Allday Towing" is wack and if they do tow your vehicle please check it for damages before you drive out of the tow yard. ✌🏾

The staff are friendly even when dealing with those who are not accountable for their own actions. All smiles when confronted with attitudes. The lowest prices I have ever seen in dealing with Tow companies in the area. Very reasonable and quick service. The owner is easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in this field. I recommend to those looking for a future tow company to look no further. You won't regret that you did. Thank you All Day Towing

Their Initial ETA was 80min so I went to the gym thinking I had atleast an hour to work out. 10min into my workout he called saying he is 10-15 min away. I left the gym rushing. He didn’t show up in 10-15 as he said he would. It’s been 40min I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional and unreliable I could’ve been using my time as planned but they are very inconsiderate. Will personally never use them. It was only a free towing from Mercedes. Let’s see how much longer I have to wait without even answering my call or giving me a courtesy call that their ETA has changed.
