Movers near Little Rock AR did not compare to All My Brothers Movers - Little Rock. They were fast and very nice movers. I would not recommend any other mover but All My Brothers Movers - Little Rock. Al and the crew were very professional and great to work with. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I give them one star because the people who showed up were polite but the entire process was a NIGHTMARE. Was supposed to move Friday between 10-11am, got a confirmation call Thursday night around 9pm. Friday morning I get a call at 8:30AM saying they are not going to make it due to rain and they need to reschedule. So I rescheduled for Saturday between 10-11AM. The lady calls me again at 9AM Saturday morning and says that their truck was broke down and they would be late. They rent their trucks from Penske and she also called at this time to see how much I had (never asked when I set up the appointment) because they only had an 18 foot truck, not the 26 that they normally have. Anyway, their new ETA was 1PM. Also, these guys are located out of Springdale, NOT Little Rock like it says here. They get caught in traffic and this/that/the other and don’t get to the house until 2:15PM where I am told it’ll take an hour to pack. It took 3 hours. They also kept asking me if I had tools/moving boxes and blankets that you would except a professional moving company to have. They packed everything and then had to unlock the truck to make the couch fit. Meanwhile I am paying them by the hour. It is 5:40PM before they leave my house to head to Springdale where I am moving. I get a call saying they had to go 60 all the way, stopped for dinner, and stopped to pick up a 3rd man to help (there was supposed to be 3 all along, that’s what I was quoted for). They get to the new address at 11PM and start unloading. They banged quite a bit of stuff around getting it into the apartment but nothing was damaged thank goodness. It was just as much a surprise to the guy moving me that my 70” TV made it without harm SMH. They finally left around 1:30AM. I had to pay the other half of the total but they failed to tell me I would have to have cash as they did not have a card reader. I had to cash app some dudes girlfriend for the rest of it. Management sucks, VERY unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
