I recently hired All My Sons Moving Company for my move, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Jalen Ross and Damien Wilson were the stars of the day! They handled everything with exceptional care, ensuring that all my belongings were well-protected. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Used them to load a upack moving hauler for a cross country move. Worst experience ever. The crew unwrapped bed parts that I specifically wrapped together to keep each frames poles/bars and bags of screws together. Ended up playing a matching game once to our final destination to figure out what parts went to what bed. My Tiffany’s lamp was bent. Dining table bench torn. Almost every storage tote was crushed and broken. Items wrapped with fragile tape were also dented. Couch was ripped. Office chair broken. And I can’t even begin to talk about how many pieces of furniture were scraped, dented, etc because of poor packing jobs. Golf clubs sticky because they decided to use packing tape to tape them together instead of plastic wrapping them or asking me to. Box spring board broken in half. And all of these issues could have been avoided if they had properly loaded it. The crew made zero effort to even try to work at a timely pace to load the truck. And then there was still a lot of stuff that could have fit but they claimed wouldn’t. Packed loose items at the door so when we arrived to final destination everything fell out. Main guy of the crew was extremely arrogant majority of the time and kept saying everything wouldn’t fit - it would have had they probably loaded it. I firmly believe he chose to make it not fit because he was trying to prove a point. Because the amount of space that was open and could be seen was plenty for the items I had to then give away or shove into our cars. For the thousands ($2k+) that I paid for the service, I was highly disappointed and will never recommend them to any friends or family. Was going to use them again to unload my truck once we arrived at our destination and I’m glad I found someone else.

Jose, Michael and Felix, were absolutely five star first class professionals. Moving is very stressful and these guys remain calm and organized in midst of chaos. My furniture has some unusual shapes and quite large sizes and they handled it with absolute determination to succeed. Felix, I believe it’s a Hercules I have never seen anyone pick up such a heavy pieces with seemingly effortless strength. These folks were great. I've moved over 30 times, and they were one of the best ones I've used. I had 2 crews of 3 people...Jose, Felix, Naetto, Lucky, Mike, and Usso. They were professional and very respectful. There was no damage at either end. Also I appreciated that they didn't use an unnecessary amount of packing materials, so unpacking was not bad. They arranged, and re-arranged my furniture in the new house for me too. They were a big help. Highly recommended!
