Update: for all broken items we were offered $125.00. I called the service number provided in the response to this review 8 times and nobody ever answered. I contacted the corporate office and spoke with a woman named Melody. I was promised a call back within three hours on 08.01.24 but still have not heard back. I am assuming since the moving company obtained payment that they have no intentions of making this right. The whole situation is absolutely disappointing. Word to the wise: get your own independent insurance if you book these movers. We had several items broken and have to repair some damage to our basement steps. To move a fully packed storage unit into a home with only eight furniture items upstairs, the move should not have take almost 7 hours. So, the prices were a bit steep from what we were originally told.

My wife and I hired these guys to move our home across town... We barely have time because we are busy working so much so we kind of left them unattended to do their thing and we trusted them to move our job and move all of our things however when we return back to the apartment to clean the carpets and get it prepared so we can get our deposit back we noticed that there was a whole bunch of things that were left in the apartment and we have pictures right here to prove it right.. and had we moved out of state instead of across town we would have lost a whole bunch of stuff and then we called the office to make a complaint about it and hopes that they would resolve it and they did not resolve the problem at all we ended up having to go back to the apartment and retrieve all of our own and we paid these guys in excessive and we chip each one of their employees $100 to do so talk about getting ripped off !!!

Ron and team did a wonderful job on our recent move! They were patient with us, and explained everything thoroughly, but were also very time efficient! The whole process is overwhelming, so we appreciated their demeanor in working to keep us calm during the day

Our surgical office made the worst decision in choosing this company. 8 hours of them THROWING our medical supplies and furniture off of a truck. 18yo with arrogant for no reason attitudes when confronted about tossing $1000’s of dollars in property all while his “BABY MAMA” followed the truck parked in our parking lot “watching her man”! All while he screams we are harassing him. Then screams the “wind” knocked out things off and down the truck- IN A PARKING LOT SURROUNDED BY TREES AND NOT A LEAF MOVING (also on camera footage). Disgusting trash left everywhere in our parking lot at 10pm when we finally asked them just to put the rest in a hallway and we will do it ourselves! Well over $2000 to do it ourselves or have it ALL destroyed. EVERY cabinet, chair, printer stand and anything on wheels DESTROYED! I wish we could upload our security camera videos as there is a camera absolutely every 5 feet, pathetic. Pics tell most!!!

Worst experience ever! Never thought by hiring professional movers that I would experience having my items damaged for the amount of money I paid! Items that I had for years. Then I let one of the workers use my bathroom didn't know he had to really use it, left streaks in the toilet. At least he could've tried to clean it out. If I had more time to move I would've had my sons move.
