Reginald Johnson and his trainee from All My Sons Moving & Storage came to my home today to unload my moving pod of heavy furniture to my second story home. They were very respectful and courteous when unloading and brought all the furniture to the correct bedroom or living room. They worked so hard and I appreciated them doing what they do. Very, very professional! If I ever need help again, I will definitely give All My Sons again!!!

Absolutely worst movers I’ve ever used. They damaged every single piece of furniture I had. Looks like they dragged everything across concrete. Scratches and dents in everything. Absolutely careless. Everything was wrapped up and they just absolutely thrashed everything. Worst part is I gave them each a sizable tip. Wish I could get that tip back because they did not deserve it. They don’t deserve to be employed. Absolute trash. Don’t use these guys out of Colorado Springs. Probably laughed all the way home. Edit: Priscilla from All My Sons reached out to me and we were able to resolve these issues. I am revising my review to 4 stars because Priscilla did an excellent job at resolving this. The customer service of this company is excellent.

Lisa, the operations manager, had to move our scheduled day to the next morning because their truck broke down. She scheduled our move in the pouring rain and ruined 1000s in equipment. The day of the move the two men, Sam and Deshawn, took their time packing and loading on the rental truck. On the rental truck they used the lift instead of the ramp which consumed so much more time on the smallest items. The items could of easily been placed in the truck or taken up the ramp. They packed cast iron and glass in the same box. Dropped the stacked totes numerous times. One man was on his phone the whole time. I have photos to prove it and the other man was kicking our belongings, I have photos of that as well. Shane told me he would have the report written for Lisa, but she would not call me back all week and when I finally got a hold of her she did not want to make things better, said there was no report, that its our fault, and hung up on me. We have a child in a wheelchair that needs full care or we wouldn't of even needed to pay for their help. The only thing I'm at fault for was choosing All my sons to help move our precious belongings.

The two guys that moved us from Woodland Park to Colorado Spring we probably the worst movers we have ever had. Not only were they slow ( so they could get more money out of us) but the did not know how to wrap furniture and pack the truck. We had at least 4 items damaged, so far. And as far as i can tell they just dont care about your property. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is moving.

This company began by forcing me to pay double quoted. They wouldn't start working and waited 40 min until I paid double assuring me I'd get a refund. Then they loaded everything I own extremely poorly and haphazardly.Priceless antique furniture shoved in with thousands of pounds pushing on it.They damaged over 40 boxes, hundreds of items. Upon calling them they told me I will have to file a claim for every individual item and get only a percentage back. They damaged priceless antique furniture, and about 40% of everything I own!!! I cannot believe the damage this company has cost me. I haven't stopped crying since they damaged my dead grandparents antique furniture. When I call them they just lie and pretend to help. But they have no intention of holding the movers accountable or giving me my money back. I am in absolute shock, I can't stop crying, so much of my life is damaged or just smashed because of their carelessness. And now I have to file hundreds of claims, how is that fair?? EDIT: just got off the phone with these crooks. The woman actually tried to blame me for her company damaging my items. Numerous times she tried to blame me because of how poorly the movers packed a truck. Literally worse moving company I've ever heard of. Avoid this company at all costs
