I would not hire this company again! They moved us 2x within a month due to closing date issues. We paid a hefty sum for each move because we thought they would take care of our items. When we finally got our items to our new home, not one piece of furniture was undamaged. A $2000 desk was utterly ruined. The desk leg was broken off and the top completely scraped so deep the finish is gone. My entertainment center with fireplace totally scratched. The brand new W&D scratched up. Marble dining table had a layer of it scraped off. This company actually put a hole in our newly built wall! Then the claims department came back to us and offered $500. I even paid for the insurance to cover this and they are not even covering the cost of the hole put into our wall. We paid them over $3500 for both moves. We found one of the workers in our backroom lifting my husbands weight set. He stated, "I just could not help myself." Believe me everyone I know is going to know how we have been treated by this company. Follow up: The company continues to offer me $500 for all the damage done to my belongings and the hole in the wall. It was basically a take it or leave it offer. We tried calling our claims person and he refused to talk to either my husband or myself. Do not use this company. And if you do, the insurance is a rip off. They do not value your precious belongings.

The experience was really good! They were very respectful and careful with all of our things loading and unloading! This company over exceeded expectations and did everything in a timely manner! Big thank you to Joel, John, and Fred for doing this move! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

This was by far the worst moving company experience and most expensive experience I’ve ever encountered. I scheduled a move from a 2 BR townhouse apartment to a 3 BR ranch home with detached garage. I gave an itinerary of my items to the company before the move. They scheduled a 2-person crew. Tiajja was the ONLY part of this move that was positive. SHE DID MOST OF THE MOVE HERSELF!. Her coworker Rafael (?spelling) was polite, but knew absolutely nothing about how to do his job. He moved at a snails pace which increased my bill bc my charges are based on time. According to paperwork I received, someone from the care team was supposed to keep in touch with me to see how the move was going to ensure proper pace. That did not happen. I had to call them myself twice during the move to voice my dissatisfaction regarding the pace and that Rafael’s behavior seemed as if he was either high or hungover. He dropped my sofa bed, not once, but TWICE transporting it to the truck. Mind you, Tiajja prepared him by reminding him that it would be very heavy bc it had a mechanism inside. Once I was able to get to my couch after the move (had to move boxes out of the way to open it), I discovered that the air bed motor for the bed is not working and the plug unit housing was cracked! The corner of my entertainment center wast damaged also. Several times when Rafael was given direction on where he should place items, he did not follow what was told to him. Tiajja is much smaller in build than Rafael, and he couldn’t lift even half the items! She even had to show him how to carry a box spring! I was flabbergasted at how awful this experience was. I was told I would get an hour deducted from my time, which was not near enough in my opinion. I was charged for 7 hours for a 2 BR move! And when reviewing my receipt after the movers left, I don’t even see the 1 hour credit. Also, I was charged for a mirror box. I didn’t approve any such box to be used and didn’t even see that it was used used on any of my items. All boxes were mine. I was also charged for a mattress bag when I supplied my own! I am going to submit claims for my damaged items, we will see if this company honers it’s values that it claims to have by saying I am the most important part of their company as a customer…. which I heard over and over for the 20min I was on hold to speak to the customer care center during my move. I will never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I ever use them again in the future. I am beyond upset.

***PLEASE READ ****I had a terrible and very expensive experience with this moving company. First, they did not provide the total price upfront during the quote and did not disclose extra charges, such as $200 for packaging material. I was also charged an additional $75, which I need clarification on. Additionally, I was promised a $75 discount since it was my first time using their services, but I did not receive it. They arrived at my apartment complex after 9 am and didn't start loading items until a little after 9:30. They charged by the hour, and after only loading the box spring, two mattresses, and a nightstand, they informed me that they didn't have the tools to move the rest of the belongings and left to get the tools. They returned at 11 am. I made two calls to complain, and they reset my time after the calls. I spoke to them before making the payment and questioned why they thought it was acceptable to charge when they were unprepared to do the job. In the meantime, I moved some of the boxes and my TV myself since they were trying to charge me an additional $50 for bubble wrap. They charged me $169 for travel even though their offices are less than 20 minutes from my apartment. They only traveled an additional five minutes to the drop-off location, not including the 16% of the total charge for fuel. This cost me over $1,100, way more than I expected for a one-bedroom apartment, considering that all they moved was a TV stand, a single sofa, a big sofa, a small dining room set with four chairs, and a bedroom set. The service is not worth it. I would not recommend them; it's not worth the money.
