They were ok. While they had great communication at the beginning of the process, I think they broke a piece of my dresses and didn't bother to tell me! Y'all can decide for yourself, but I have a before and an after picture. Now, unfortunately, I wasn't available that day, so I had a family member there in my absence, but that's no excuse. The part I don't like it is that they didn't say anything about it. While everything else about the process went seemingly well, that part threw me off, and for that, you get 3 out of 5. Technically, 2.5 out of 5, but we can't give half points 😒

Edit to add: After speaking with Heather I thought everything was going to made right. I went through the claim process just to be slapped with a settlement number that is laughable. Only to speak with Joe about having someone rereview and he stated no one could. That is under a contract and I should of for seen the damages would happen and add the more expensive one. Well had I would of known about the damages and the claim process I would have never booked. No worries, he apparently doesn't have a boss but LinkedIn can sure be helpful in cases like this. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and to be asked to change my review.... If I could do negative stars I would. I had a frustrating experience with All My Sons Moving. They caused extensive damage during my move, including gashes and dents to my fridge and washer/dryer, as well as damage to my doors and door frames. To make matters worse, despite the hundreds to potentially thousands of dollars worth of damage, they still charged me for their labor. Their lack of care and unwillingness to take responsibility is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services.
