Do not hire this company. They broke an antique dresser and refuse to pay to repair it and while 2 movers show up, only one will work so they can charge more money for the move. They will not do what they get hired to do, like help with packing after they stated they would. One of the worst companies to deal with. I filed a complaint with BBB and am having to get a lawyer involved to have them pay for the antique dresser they broke. Do yourself a favor and hire any other company.

The moving experience was great. They guys were great to work with. Very timely and very professional. For that reason I have to give them a 5 star. The reason I wouldn’t use this company again is because of their pricing. We were quoted roughly $1500 for a full day of moving and we ended up with a $2600 bill at the end of the day. They required us to pay before they would unload the truck - kind of like a stick up. I would say the price was every bit worth it but I was displeased that they wouldn’t have simply disclosed the cost upfront. It felt very slimy and like buying a used vehicle from a shady dealership. Beware of the sales tactics at this company. We did run 1.5 hour of overtime which was very clearly explained but what was not explained was how they marked up a little wrapping plastic, blankets and tape to total nearly $500. They also charge 16% of your total cost additionally as a “fuel charge”. Lastly, they stated they included one hour of travel in our quote and then charged us $170 for that time. The additional fees that were not disclosed were roughly 50% of the cost they initially quoted us.

At first I thought booking with All My Sons was going to be perfect! I reached out to several moving companies and felt like All My Sons was going to be the best fit for us. Ryan was very personable on the phone and kind. I called two days before and am unsure who I spoke with to see about what time they’d be coming and got told they were busy and they’d call me tomorrow. I should have said right then I no longer need their service, but I didn’t. The day of our move two guys show up and they don’t say a word to me, I’m already down stairs at the garage so I show them what’ll need moved from the garage and then on our way up to the apartment one of them immediately starts complaining that there’s a single set up stairs up to the 2nd floor of our apartment, which the company was made aware of when I booked with them. I go on to show them what all will be moved and not moved in our apartment and that the bed frame would need to be take apart and one of the guys rolls his eyes and sighs and then say their going to get the truck ready. On my way out the door I was taking some things to my husbands car and they are still in the upstairs hallway where all the apartments are located looking out the hallway window and one guy says “there’s no where for us to park with all these cars in the way” (there may have been some language in that sentence) they have their truck across the street where people can park on either side of the road. I tell them I think I know who owns this car I can maybe get them to move it and one of the guy says “that’ll be great” and they go and sit in the truck while I try to figure something out. My husband then goes up to them in the truck and the guy just stares at him from the window and my husband had to point for him to roll the window down and my husband told him “hey they didn’t answer their door but we’ll keep trying for now y’all can park here” and the guy continued to smoke his vape and told my husband “okay” and rolled the window back up. They never got out of the car. I then called Ryan and told him this guy has been complaining since he got here and I asked for 2 new guys or we were just going to go ahead and cancel. He got me two new guys within an hour and for the most part they were wonderful. They got to work right away. I went to sonic for them and go t them 2 44 oz ocean waters a piece so they had one to drink while they pack and one while they unpack at our new house. My only complaint about them is they didn’t put our bed back together correctly and missing/broken hardware to the bed were found in the garage so now my husband and I have to figure out where those pieces go and try to find new hardware. I was also charged for supplies that were not used. I got charged for a mattress protector when I purchased some on my own and already had them on the mattresses prior to them getting there (pictures in below photos), and for a mirror box when they did not move any mirrors, I moved all mirrors myself. All and all I guess I should have done better research and went with a different moving company. Photos pictured are what was asked to be moved and bed not put back together correctly:

Quedaan, James, and MPL called this morning to say they were on the way. When they got here, they introduced themselves, explained everything, listened to what I needed done, and got to work! They were awesome about making the experience easy on me, and went out of their way to save me the cost of supplies I didn't need. They were so sweet and personable and worked SO hard on a hot day to get done what I could not face doing myself! SO glad I chose this company! I highly recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage to anyone who needs to move or store furniture and personal items. Their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing make them an excellent choice. I am so grateful for the amazing job the movers did! They moved my heavy furniture and appliances across town without a scratch. I was very impressed by how quickly and carefully they worked. Should I need these services again in the future, I will definitely choose this company again.
