DO NOT USE! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Initially, it went smooth. Setup was seamless. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. She explained the process and what to expect. I explained that I had a 2 bedroom apartment and a storage unit that needed to be emptied and moved into a house. I was very clear that the storage unit was full and the contents were noted in my file. Someone reached out prior to the move to confirm date and time. Movers called when they were on their way and arrived at 9am. There were 3 of them. After that things started going downhill. I called the manager at 1:30pm to understand why they were taking so long and was told this is normal. There was only one person doing all of the heavy lifting. Then something happened with his son and he had to leave. Another gentleman took his place. But at that point it was already 3:00pm. It should NOT take 3 people 6 hours to move 2 bedroom suites, a desk, boxes, and a couch. There was no washer and dryer. No fridge. No heavy appliances at all! Then we make it over to the storage unit at 3:30pm. Once the lock was cut off (I lost the keys), the movers explained to me that the entire contents of the unit would not fit into the truck. At that point, the manager gave me two options: pay his people to unload and reload the unit to get my essentials (washer and dryer) that were in the back of the unit, mind you I’d be paying $208/hr to fix a problem they created by not sending a bigger truck OR pay full price to have another moving crew come on a different day to empty the contents. No discount. No offer to waive the travel fees that would be incurred by having another crew on a different day. Absolutely NO attempt to make it right. Then when I get upset and call the manager out on his lack of customer service, he offered a $50 coupon. I ended up having to purchase another lock for the unit, extending my storage agreement, and leaving without anything from the storage unit. We finally made it to the house at 5:30pm. The movers were tired and I understand since the heat was ridiculous but they had no care with my belongings. They stacked my boxes that said fragile on the bottom of the stack. They piled my clothes in the closet in one super big pile instead of hanging them back up. They didn’t leave until 7pm! At the end of the day this cost about $2,300, a LOT of headache, and 10 hours just to move 2 bedroom suites, a desk, boxes, and a couch. In my opinion, this company is unprofessional and overpriced. And I still have to get another crew out to get the contents of my storage unit moved to my house. I overpaid for a job half done.

Devon, Alston, Ian did a fantastic job for us today. We are so grateful for the help! They even got giant treadmill down the stairs safely & fit everything in a 20ft truck even though he didn’t think it would all fit. They were professional, fast, and friendly. Doesn’t get much better than that guys. Excellent Service & Affordable! This is our 3rd time using these guys. Highly recommend!!!

We recently moved from Houston to Fort Worth and I can't say enough good things about Brandon and Darian from All My Sons. From start to finish, they were punctual, informative, and super friendly, making the entire moving process much less stressful. One of the biggest challenges was getting the truck to our storage unit because the lanes were incredibly tight. I was worried it might cause a delay but they both handled it like pros. Their professionalism and positive attitude stood out throughout the entire move. If you're looking for a company that is efficient, I highly recommend All My Sons.
