I put off writing this review for two months in case I was just unhappy with my experience due to the stress of the move, but it really did not go well. Bad communication, property and furniture damaged, but technically they moved like 80% of my stuff, so. Can't recommend the company, but if you do choose them, I'd recommend insurance. When I made the original reservation and provided an inventory, I specifically asked if they would move my large plants that wouldn't fit in my car. They said yes. When we confirmed start time the day before the move, I asked again, and was assured it would be fine. On the day of the move, they said it was against policy and wouldn't do it. Annoying, but fine. They were also something like four hours later than our scheduled start time. The office called a few minutes after they should have arrived and asked if I'd prefer a three person team, they could be there sooner (at a higher cost). I agreed. But the original two person team arrived hours later. Fine, moves are unpredictable I guess. They didn't use moving blankets to protect my floors. Both the start and destination are 100 year old houses with original floors that now have scratches and gouges in them. Original door casings have gouges in them from furniture impacts. This is not at all fine. Furniture was damaged along the way (my fault for not buying more insurance). One of the movers arrived injured, which sucks and I'm sorry that was the case, but when I did the same move two years ago with a different mover it took 2 hours, and this took 5. And the 2 hour move included moving furniture over a balcony, all this one was was stairs. Also the vibes were totally off and they made me feel bad that the move was hard, but one flight of stairs seems like a pretty normal move??? Idk.

Tim was great! Efficient and hardworking. Rest of the crew seemed like they were running the clock taking one small thing to the truck and take forever to come back. They would leave heavy items for Tim to take upstairs. At some point Tim called them out for just hanging out in the track chatting and doing nothing. Took them 3 hours to load a truck even though the apartment was half empty. Then of course we end up paying for 6+ hours + tips. And after all that they kept pushing us to add a 5 star review! Never using them again. 2 stars because Tim is great, would hire him again with a different crew.

I used this moving service at the end of February, my funding fell through for the home I was moving into. Luckily the new home allowed me to items t move my items there until I figured out new funding. In the meantime, I notice a few items were broken. I was locked out of the home until this past week and found several other items were damaged and broken. I submitted a claim on the first items, but they only offered me 100.00 which was ridiculous. Once I entered my home this past week I found several items were broken, I removed the plastic of one of the dressers, and it literally fell apart. No one will listen to me and are literally rude over the phone. I couldn't let them know before, as I was locked out of the home until now. Rudest people ever, no one even wants to listen. Never use this horrible company!! Don't waste your money. Beds were never set up, not all furniture was moved, and the staff spent much of their time on their phones instead of concentrating on the move.

Kyle Wilson and his crew with All my Sons did amazing! They were honest, on time, and worked diligently to get the job done. There were a few more pieces to take and they were amazing and receptive with the added pieces of furniture. Very friendly and amazing! I highly recommend them! I never get movers but am glad I chose All my Sons to help with my moving. I will ise them again if I need.
