DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They did not follow the terms of the contract! They delivered my furniture & didn’t put it together at all. My things were also damaged as well. It says in the contract they are to assemble any furniture that was disassembled during pickup. My bed and tv stand was disassembled by them and when they delivered my things (which i waited 4 weeks to get) the driver told me “I’m no handyman and I’m not putting anything together”. He was so rude and aggressive. I called and complained to management during this incident and they allowed it to happen and did not rectify the situation. I’ll leave pictures to show they didn’t assemble anything upon delivery and they damaged my things. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, it was a NIGHTMARE!!

They broke almost every piece of furniture they shipped and lost one piece completely. Boxes crushed. Not only do I have to replace the furniture, but I PAID to ship it and can’t use most of it now. They only reimburse .60 a pound, and refuse to offer me a reasonable settlement for the damage. They are now also refusing to even respond. The best part was when the mover said it all got broken because it was cheap furniture.

We just had the first experience with this company. They called me in advance to explain the process and what to expect for the day of the pick-up. The crew of 4 members showed up on time, and they're very polite. The crew leader was patient and professional. They wrapped my furnitures with great care, and way better than if I had to do it myself. In addition, the owner showed up and talked to me about my options when my load was way more than what the broker estimated for. So far, I am pleased with the pickup and loading process. Will be able to comment later on the delivery part of the move.

Where do I begin with how terrible this company has treated me!?! First off I had many conversations with Rose, I asked her a dozen questions about the process and charges that may incur during the process of moving (I've never used movers before, but heard plenty of horror stories). She assured me that I would not be charged for having my TV's boxed by the movers as long as I provided my own boxes, and yet at the time of pick-up I was charged for that. I was asked several times when I wanted my items delivered... not what date range I wanted my items delivered, but what date exactly. I was told oh that's perfect that gives up plenty of time to get it to you on that date. Only to be told days after they already picked up my items that they could only deliver 1 weeks to early (my apt wasn't ready yet) or well after Thanksgiving. That would leave me 2 weeks in my home without my items over the holiday in Colorado where it is freezing with no blankets, no bed, no way to cook, nothing! So my only real option was to have it delivered to a storage a week early, yet another fee I could not afford, and now I also have to hire new movers to move my stuff from storage to my apartment. I have been basically scammed out of $800 by using this company, storage, new movers, and unexpected fees. When my stuff arrived the items were falling out of the trailer as they opened it! My carefully packed and labeled boxes (fragile) were thrown all over the truck! I was so upset I didn't think to take pictures until after the fact but I wish I had. I wont even know if my items are broken or damaged until I get them into my new home and by then this company with throw their hands up and assume ZERO responsibility for it! I'm convinced they did this on purpose so they would not have to cover damaged items since the movers kept saying my TV's were going to break in the move. DO NOT USE THEM! The only picture I got, you can see boxes leaning over, what they already took out was much worse, smashed and broken boxes.

By far the easiest moving company I have ever worked with. If you don’t go with them you’re making a mistake! Good price, speedy, and treated me very kindly. Will definitely come back in the future!
