On time, careful with my piano and SO NICE, OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL. Their price beat Dan the Piano man significantly and if Steinway uses them (which they do), I trust them. 100% recommend.

All Things Piano provided excellent service moving our piano to our new house. There were some tricky spots getting it in, but the movers did a great job and the piano was kept in perfect condition.

We were surprised when we saw a piano mover use such dusty blankets wrapping our piano. Later we found some scratches on the piano so we asked the company to fix the damage. What’s worse is the company saying since we are 5 hours away from Spokane it requires overtime for their employee to come to our house. They will come to our house only when they get a chance to move new customers to our area. Doesn’t this sound ridiculous? As a moving company they are saying we moved too far from them so they can’t take care of any damage unless they have a chance to move new customer to the same area. By the way, before we hired the company we asked about insurance. They said they have full coverage insurance. We wonder why the insurance company doesn’t take care of this. I think this is the kind of company you don’t want to deal with.

This is the first time I've used All Things Piano to move a very heavy upright grand piano. The movers were very professional and quickly had this piano in the house...then on its side....so they could maneuver the piano down a small hall and into my studio. I would highly recommend All Things Piano if you need a piano moved!
