I had a brief yet terrible experience with this company. I booked at 16' moving truck - a week in advance through Budget. On the morning of the move - 1 hour before I was scheduled to pick it up - they called me and said they don't have the truck I reserved; offered a larger one at the same price. Then, they said they couldn't do that and offered a smaller truck at a discount. I asked for the discount, and they told me they couldn't tell me until we entered into a contract. I told them this is not the way I do business: transparent and upfront pricing is non-negotiable. Thankfully, I called Budget Truck Rental directly and they cancelled this reservation without any costs.

These guys really saved us on our move. Another truck company weren’t able to honor our reservation and did not have a truck for us at the last minute and All Ways saved the day. Truck was great and the staff was very helpful. Thank you All Ways!!

I have used them a few times to move high end furniture about 50 miles one way. Each time the men were very professional did an excellent job. They showed up early, had great attitude, and were very well prepared with packing materials and blankets. All my furniture was well protected and arrived undamaged. They are my go to movers.

We used them to move just a few blocks away on Jan 2nd. During the move 2 pieces of furniture were damaged.. Jason said a report would be made and they would call me in a week. . I made the mistake of paying ALL WAYS MOVING AND STRORAGE.. in good faith.. I waited a week nobody contacted me, so I called. No return call, so I called again talked to Steve.. 1st thing he says was well you didn't purchase extra insurance.. ( they never offered it to me..) I had the $.60 per pound coverage.. Ok sent pics of damage said I want it fixed. Steve said he would handle it. I HAVE TEXT steve MANY times and no answer!! Even called, still nothing.. Been OVER 1 1/2 MONTHS.. still no contact from this company to repair damage they admitted doing. What a scam.. Save your money or end up un court with them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE..

FAST and SYTEMATIC .. We needed to down size from a 4 bedrooms to a 1 bedroom apartment. Yes, the kids are in college and the nest has to be edie biddie tiny so the young adults birdies cannot come back. :) Owner/manager came few nights before and helped us situated. All boxes and furniture are labelled and in order. The moving out took 3 hours and moving in took only 2 hours. TV was set up, bed set etc set up ... only wondering how come they did not stay and cook us dinner too .. just kidding. Excellent, professional, corteous movers and yes they DO NOT smell :) Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
