DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! I used it due to lower prices..I should have known better than to pick the cheap moving company. Keith said all the right things to ease my concerns when I called to schedule my move. On the day of the move, the truck showed up 4 hours late due to mechanical issues. After hours of packing, half of the things in my apartment did not fit into the truck they brought. When I called Keith in a panic I was told I would have to spend another multiple thousand dollars for another truck for the remainder of the move which now wouldn’t happen for multiple days. He also proceeded to SCREAM at me over the phone when I said that was completely unacceptable for them not choosing the correct size truck for the move (it’s not like they gave me a list of options and I chose myself- they chose the truck). After screaming at me over the phone, he texted me saying to never call him again. At this point I didn’t know if I was ever seeing my items again. This occurred over a year ago and I am just now writing this because I have since moved again and did not want the company to have my address.

Moving can be stressful and chaotic. I personally had a great experience with Allard Send Moving company! I needed to move from Western NY to CT. Allard Send was one of the numerous companies that sent me quotes after submitting a moving inquiry online. I chose them specifically due to their numerous positive reviews and reasonable cost. In addition, they did not require a deposit or payment PRIOR to delivery. Allard Send performed a great job on the move and followed directions well. The crew was responsive, professional, and kind. We communicated mainly via text, which was convenient for a busy professional like myself. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I highly recommend this company 💯! My family moved from MA to CT and Allard Send Moving made what would have been a nightmare move a very pleasant one! We didn’t have enough time to pack but when their personnel arrived, they packed up everything carefully and were done in no time. They arrived on time, very professional and communicated with us right from the beginning to arriving at our new home. At the new home, they delivered all boxes to their various designated areas and also made sure that we slept in our beds by setting up all the beds in their respective rooms. Even when we couldn't locate a piece of hardware connected to our freezer and mentioned it to Keith, he sent Austin who was so awesome to help! We are so happy with the service we received that we will not hesitate to call them or recommend them to our friends and family anytime! Thank you Allard Send Moving! You're really second to none.

We used Allard to move our furniture from NJ to PA and had a wonderful experience. They came on time in the early morning and delivered our belongings to our home very quickly. The guys were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them and would happily use them again. They are honest and stick to their price if you follow their guidelines. Every time I would call the office, Keith was available to confirm our move. I received a text message when the guys were 1 hour away from the pickup site and 30 minutes from the delivery location. Great service, great price!

The gentlemen who helped me move were incredibly professional. They arrived early at the first location, put down a mat to protect the floors and quickly packed up my items. They very kindly put my mattress in a protective bag. For the delivery, they were able to change it to a different date when I was not able to reserve a loading doc. The gentlemen who delivered my items arrived within the window they gave me and had my items in my house within 30 minutes. They were very careful not to ding the walls and took good care of the high value items. I had a few issues with my main point of contact who did not always confirm that he received my emails but overall I would definitely recommend the movers.
