After completing a significant renovation on our home, we needed to move all of our stuff back in, and the movers were quite helpful. They took care not to damage the freshly painted walls or new floors as they moved everything inside. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they moved fast to get us back into our newly refurbished area. I liked their regard for the work we had done on the house. Their professionalism really shone out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. They told me that my move would be shared with one family and delivered within 3 days of pickup. They proceeded to send movers that were a completely different moving company than Allegiance and turns out this company was operating ILLEGALLY (They did not have an active authorization from the department of transportation) and I should have called the cops on them but instead I simply turned them away and I told Allegiance I want my money back -- they are untrustworthy and lied about literally every part of my move. The company that they sent also DOUBLED my quote the day of -- which is illegal and was supposed to happen 72 hours before they showed up to move my stuff. That did not happen. They not only scammed me out of $1300 that I am still fighting to get back, but they lied about the entire premise that I booked my move on. They are complete slime balls and need to be shut down. My stuff was about to be put into a storage unit and would have MAYBE gotten to me (broken) in a month from the horror stories I read about the movers they tried to send to move my stuff. I will be making sure my story is posted on every review site possible and am filing with the attorney general of Florida. You are WAY better off renting a U-haul and moving your stuff yourselves, trust me!!

I was nervous about which company I should hire for a move but I'm glad I found the right one. They arrived on time and the guys were ready to work. They even finished earlier than I expected can't be more grateful for the 5 star service they provided. They definitely earned my business for future moves.

According to their paperwork, we can request a 100% Refund prior to the move date. I contacted Mark via email and phone to request a refund for MY OWN PERSONAL reasons!! Mark goes off on a very unprofessional rant and tangent on why it doesn’t make sense for me to cancel the move and continues to raise his voice at a customer. WHY I CHOSE TO CANCEL IS MY BUSINESS AND I COMPLETELY SEE WHY THERE ARE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I called another number and he stated Yes it’s me I am the manager and the one you will speak with, then proceeds to continue to be disrespectful! If I could give this company - one I am glad I did not use - No stars, I would!!! Get customer service training and when a person chooses to cancel, take your personal feelings and opinions out of it! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MARK -SUCKS!

Him and his team were great to work with and did a great job with our move. The estimate was fair and not under-valued, like has happened in the past with other moving companies. I knew exactly how much I would be expected to pay and there were no surprises on moving day. The team did a great job moving everything and were very kind and courteous. They worked hard and helped us out whenever we needed it. I would definitely recommend and would use them again!
