Traveled from Santa Barbara to San Jose. All good. Pretty quick and easy. Going back was a disaster. FlixBus emailed 4 minutes before the bus was to arrived and canceld with no real alternative. All not good.

Horrible service. Took 10:15pm flixbus from Berkeley to LA. Something with the engine broke at 2am, in the middle nowhere, and this somehow also caused the contents of the bathroom to leak over the floor of the whole bus. The company refused to call a replacement bus, and instead insisted on fixing the broken and smelly one while 25 people waited outside for 7 hours. (In a location with no uber or lyft.) All we got was a $15 food voucher.

The stop of the Flixbus is not easy to find out! I suggest to set the flag or landmark to help people taking the bus!

Be aware of the pick up location. Double check with the customer service before you go. Flixbus sent me the wrong pick up location, but I was not able to fild until I called them to check for the status of the bus. Thanks that I was not the only one, there were other customers who also could prove that they sent the wrong info. I missed the bus, and paid $250 to get a plane ticket from San Jose to LA.

Good bus service and mostly on time. I travel from sacramento to san jose regularly. Recently changed timetable of buses is odd. They shpuld increase byses during nice day time rather than early morning or late night.
