A big worry made easy! Our driver (Salvador) is the best. Way experienced from doing this for many years, but treated us like we could have been his first big move and wanted to make a good impression. The hired movers under his supervision were fast and careful. We couldn't have been more pleased with how they handled our possessions and moved us 800 miles in 2 days. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience. They handled my belongings carelessly which resulted in extensive damage to my furniture. They started by wrapping my furniture in brown paper, until I told them to wrap it in padded fabric. They put heavy garden tools in an antique bookcase which broke the glass. My husband's dresser was badly scratched, an antique lamp was completely broken, they misplaced all screws for furniture that needed to be assembled, ripped the upholstery of my chair and smashed the door in on another antique bookcase. They also took items that were not meant to be moved and left behind items that were intended to be moved.

Not happy. Best part is that we had a price lock! Could almost do 4 stars but nope. Took 3 days to pick up everything- judgement on space was terrible. Drivers didn't listen to what we wanted. Few things were scratched. Several boxed were crushed. 2 fragile things broken that we have found. They kept our 2 of dollys they didn't sticker and we told them they were our not theirs!

Amy was a great salesperson who we felt was very professional snd answered our questions and concerns! Our driver, TJ, was excellent. He treated his crew very professionally and treated us very professionally and respectful. He had some tough circumstances and he handled them very professionally.

Allied van lines was a great choice for our move. We are very thankful for the service that they provided. They gave us a quote and recommended that them come back out to give another quote when the move got closer. They fix or replace items that were damaged in shipping. The level of professionalism is far above my expectations. This is not a paid review great job Allied!
