Shout out to the worst company I have ever worked with I think the photos will explain everything u need to know also took over a month for us to get our things with our missing ( bed slacks,shoes, and other items) my items had MOLD, hole in the bottom of my couch with dirt, ALL BOXES WERE OPENED AND SOME DELIVERED IN OTHER CONTAINERS. We payed extra to have them move everything in for us to have the driver say it was $600 for him to bring it in. After they already demanded another extra $600 at pick up. Every single thing I owned was damaged by this company and the customer service is TERRIBLE AND RUDE.

I was impressed when calling and getting information about my move from Florida to California. Everything was handled extremely professional and very detailed emails and quotes for a reasonable price. The communication with the mover himself was very good, despite the fact that it was a little later than expected. However, I told him that no smaller truck was needed because the complex that I live in is very spacious, he insisted and came with a rented U-Haul and was charged $500 for that. In addition, what a disappointment when they started bringing in the boxes. More than a few were broken, a couple of them even open with things coming out. The mattress were folded in two and in bad shape. A knob was damaged in one of the nightstands but it was fixed by the movers. Once the movers left I realized that they have damaged a wall, it was a small dent so I fixed. Later I found out that the mirror of the dresser was half screwed only. I had to look for matching screws and secure it myself. I decided to check on the papers that I signed one after another without reading. I realized that they have charged me for the bag for the mattresses when their instructions clearly stated that I have to buy them myself and I did that. I wrote the company asking for a refund and sending pictures of all the broken and open boxes and, what a shame, not even an email back apologizing for any of these inconveniences. I would not recommend this company to anyone. A couple of years ago I did the move for my daughter, same route, and didn't experience any of these issues.

Their 100% refund policy is fraudulent at best. I canceled my contract on September 2 and recieved their confirmation on September 4. Which was an entire month prior to my shipping date. I have called f I nilly talked to a representative, who assured me the payment was on the way. Today is September 20th and no refund. I have contact the BBB and filed a complaint, to which they have not responded. I suggest you find another service provider.

Updated review: My belongings arrived after about a month since pick up. Every one of my boxes has been opened or has water damage. TVs are broken. Couch is dirty. Most of my stuff is missing or broken. Please see pictures. I will be involving a lawyer in this. Alliance is sketchy to say the least. Oh and to top it off. They forged my signature on documents… highly illegal. Original review: BE VERY AWARE. They contract out a company named Move on Movers - based in Las Vegas NV. Go read those reviews before you GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. I still have not received my belongings and their customer service support is dodging me. Please go read the reviews for Move on.. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. You are who you do business with, Alliance.

The two men arrived on schedule, were pleasant and polite, and were not anxious to start working immediately. They moved the cartons carrying my personal belongings very carefully. They came highly recommended, so I will contact them the next time I move.
