They actually started of well. Packers were excellent. Once they took possesion of my belongings they and got full payment, their service changes. They first inform you of a customs inspection, have you pay. Tell you that your container is loaded and shipping only to find out on the receive date that the container wasnt shipped and that additional fees beed to be paid. $2,500 in fees to be exact. Then they tell you that your container shipped, only to have them lose it and not arrive. They have no answers. No explanations. No concern. They dont care

Unless if you want to be robbed, don’t use this company, the 2 other reviews might be the owner of staff. If there was a way to rate it -0 I would. I used their service for shipment to Canada, they give me a confirmed quotation, after physical verification by their agent and they picked up my stuff after that as scheduled, but after they moved my stuff to their warehouse to NJ, they wrote me and raised the price by over 70% , when I inquired, they said the previous quote was an estimate and now we did proper measuring by an expert in store, to make long story short, they made me to agree to “give away” my sectional sofa and dinning set (which I am not sure if they took it for themselves as i bought it for $7000 or they really through it away). Anyhow, after they picked up my stuff, they become very rude and hardly responsive and keep giving me deadlines to either agree to new price or go to the end of NJ and pick my stuff and pay for part of transport or they will start charging storage fee.

Made a move from one point to another and when they got to drop off point, they increased the amount of payment we had to make but even STOLE an air conditioner and then stop answering. They’re thieves. DON’T HIRE THEM FOR MOVING

Zero Rating Company its a brokerage company and all the brokers who are working for this company are fraud they promise something and take your deposit and do nothing the service is horrible broker gives you the estimation on your inventory which is of no means when the trucking company driver showups for pickup he demands double on the quotation do not trust these brokerage companies...they stocked my $1000 deposit with no service ..they need to refund back my money i am going legal as well cheating Su...do not go with this company please read the reviews before booking from them..fraud fraud ...people
