Do not use this company!!!! I cannot stress this enough. Pay more for a better more reliable one. Not only did our things arrive late, they lost some of our stuff or probably stole it, we never got our money back because of it. The didn't seem to help or care much. They seemed to be in a hurry when they arrived, which I get they have to be, since they are delivering to other houses, but don't arrive a couple of days late to my house then.

ZERO STARS isn’t an option. AAA Moving and Storage dba Allied Alaska. Too bad. Bad. Bad bad bad. We did an “international move” with these guys (Alaska to Massachusetts) that cost us over $20K. This is just a sample of how they packed our stuff. “Packed” … well, not really… more like tossed stuff in a box. That black bag is a tuxedo. You can see the assistant manager’s card there in the box… don’t call him—call someone else. ANYONE else. My retirement case was wrapped in brown paper with a bit of cardboard on the face and back. Destroyed—can’t replace it. If you’re military and stuck with these guys—watch them like a hawk—they do not care. And they NEVER initiated a call to let me know where our stuff was—we had to call and beg to get status, and call and call and call. And they just didn’t care once they had a check.

Mrs J was a wonderful to work with. She was professional and personable. So far so good but we have only had the walk through so far.

After some issues with this company I can confidently say that if you communicate a problem to Mia and she has the time to deal with it she likely will. The movers were respectful enough. I would think about the protection plan if you have anything remotely fancy but that’s the case with any move. The responses for the planning were prompt and they did respond in accordance with my timeline to the best of their abilities. Mia has gone above and beyond to ensure to right the wrongs we experienced in our move so far. I had a couple problems with the service, I addressed these problems with the claims department and Mia. The claims department was entirely useless they basically told me that because I did not purchase the protection plan I’m SOL. I was offered an honestly disrespectful amount to replace some items that were broken or did not make it. Mia however stepped up to the plate and made our issues her priority. She was awesome. She clarified on every topic I brought up to her and really impressed me by fixing the problems I brought up. All in all I would likely do business with again thanks to Mia’s efforts after the fact. Thanks Mia!

Mrs. J came to do our weight estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience and she was able to answer all of our questions.
