I was supposed to receive a quite expensive item today at home, as explained by the seller, I tried to follow up the shipment tracking through the provided online platform. While being at home, the parcel was delivered downstairs, at the community entrance of the building without notification by home-phone or GSM. It wasn't until I eventually refreshed the webpage I realised the product arrived. Not only that, but also my signature has been forged in the delivery note, which is considered a form of fraud. The box of the parcel has a drawing of the item, which reveals the content of the box and that the item is expensive, making it more appealing for stealing. This behavior shows the little respect this company workers show to the final costumers.

Details of delivery available between 8 and 9 am, yeah sure. Advise, get a reliable shipper who makes has a decent planning department that does their work the day BEFORE actual delivery.

Was caught the delivery was at the door step but was not informed prior to it and I was in office. Made appointment the next day, but package was lost so it did not arrive. Was very disappointed I intentionally did not come to work to receive the package but it did not, contrary to their promise. Now, I don't trust when they will deliver the package as I don't really care anymore as long as it will arrive in good condition. Bad experience, and I am not recommending this company!

Not only did the delivery driver showed up unannounced at our house without a call beforehand to arrange an appointment (as was clearly indicated in the email we received from bol.com), he was also absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional. My wife couldn't open the door the first time he rang because she was in the middle of breastfeeding. So the driver called me (to my surprise since, again, this was completely unannounced), and I let him know that my wife was home (though I didn't know she was unable to open). He then unloaded the palette and rolled it to our door, rang again, and was about to just leave it there when my wife was finally able to open the door. She tried to explain the situation but he was just absolutely unfriendly to her. Absolutely unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience with Allroad Logistics My experience with Allroad Logistics is downright bad. They do not fulfill their agreements at all. Agreed delivery times were postponed time and time again without any form of communication or explanation. I had to call several times to find out where my delivery was, but each time I received vague promises and no concrete answers. In addition, the customer service left much to be desired. It seemed like no one wanted to take responsibility for the situation and I was sent from pillar to post. In the end my delivery arrived much later than agreed and in poor condition. I would absolutely not recommend Allroad Logistics if you are looking for a reliable logistics partner. The lack of professionalism and service orientation is extremely frustrating
