All of the good reviews on here must be fake. This company finds ways to charge you extra and when you ask them to pull it up in their contract, they can’t. Doing even try to book with them, it’s all a lie and once you put a deposit down it’s non refundable. They told us we had to get a shuttle bus to move our stuff onto our street and when the driver came he said he didn’t need it. They charged an extra 2k just for that. Plus all of our tables were destroyed and many of the things in our boxes. An antique chess set was ruined and many kitchen items. They even swapped stuff out of our boxes and into their own I’m guessing because they destroyed them. Our dinning room table legs were ripped off rather than unscrewed and the “claims” company is a fake. They never got back to us and we never got any of the money that their contract said they cover. They waited till the absolute last day possible on the contract, which isn’t clear. It took over a month to get our stuff. This is a HUGE SCAM and we are in the process of suing them now

Anyone who gave a good review to this company must have only been moving down the street, because they are truly the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They are absolute SCAMMERS. Like the previous reviewer said they charge you for everything without disclosing it before you book with them. Don’t expect to pay the charge that’s agreed and signed upon because you’ll end up paying $4,000 more which is what happened to me. If you live with what they say “undeliverable issues” such as tree branches, a slight hill, or even not enough room for a car to pass by the truck they’ll force you to book Uhaul and charge you over $1,000. Then they charge you a “distance to door fee” so there’s another $1,000, all of which is forced to pay before they take your belongs off the truck. There’s also a “waiting fee” so make sure someone is there at all times or it’s $150 an hour for them to stand there doing absolutely nothing. Don’t expect to get your stuff in a timely manner either. I got mine on the very last day of their 7-21 day timeframe which I was guaranteed before I left I would get it in 8 business days. I have never been treated so poorly by a company and it’s an absolute amazement they still have a business license. *UPDATE* After paying this horrible company over $9,000 to move my stuff more than half of my boxes and belongings arrived completely crushed. They have also destroyed multiple items that were fine upon pickup. I will be contacting someone to file a claim because this is absolutely unacceptable. NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

All Trust Movers Corp is a SCAM. They quote you a price and then charge you an excessive price after the work is completed. The workers intentionally worked slow and could not lift nor move my furniture. They damaged several items and refused to answer my emails or certified mail to pay for the damages. This was brand new furniture from Ashley furniture. I'm taking them to court. Please don't use this company. They don't deserve one star. I won my case in Small Claims court. The judge ruled in my favor. Please stay away from this company.

Good company. They moved our office with warehouse with 3 trucks and 9 workers. All of the workers was polite and helpful, all were dressed in a uniform as a selection. We are very grateful for their help! And I would recommend Alltrust Movers.

movers destroyed furniture and lost multiple items. I cannot get a hold of them to file the claim because the phone lines are down. Many broken pieces of furniture. At least 2 boxes are missing, including half my wardrobe and an entire kitchen box. Boxes were packed loose including glass items, literally just thrown into a box. None of the boxes were properly marked. We had no idea what room they even belonged in. The inventory was not marked properly with listings like, "small box" on the inventory paper work. Items like plungers and toilet scrubbers packed with clothes. Packers were 3 hours late, a man down, and packed from 10am-1am the next day. They charged us an extra 2k due to cubic footage... then another 225 to move a gun safe to the basement. Delivery was horrible. The deliverer showed up with a bill and pointed to where my husband signed saying payment on delivery. Then sat around for 30 mins. Because of the language barrier, I had no idea what he was talking about. After everyone waited around, we asked what was up and he clarified, we have to pay the 2nd half on delivery BEFORE they unpack. This is troubling because the company charges an extra $175 an hour if there is a delay in delivery...
