Do not use them. They subcontract their work and mail T shirts for the movers to wear. They moved my mom and not only were they late on the initial pick up, but they never called to say they would be late, or picked up the phone when I called to ask them when they would arrive. The drop off was even worse, the movers didn’t want to assemble the furniture even though that is what I paid for, so I had to call customer service and threatened not to pay. They had to leave and come back because they had no tools. The furniture arrived with nicks, or completely broken. The dryer was dented on the top and now scrapes when it’s drying because the drum is scraping the top. All items in this move were 15 months old. In order to file a claim they ask that you upload the original contract, the final paperwork and the pics for every item damaged. Their software only allows you to upload 10Mb and clearly that is only a enough for a few pics. When I emailed them to tell them, they said I could not upload it in separate files, it all had to be together on one file. This was my experience with my moms move. I cancelled my move as I didn’t trust this company due to their movers told me not to use them. I cancelled and lost my $1895 deposit and used prosperity movers. What a difference, they sent 5 men vs. 2 men for the move, they were on time as well. Needless to say Alltrust movers is anything but trust worthy and their customer service is the worst. The customer service manager is rude, unprofessional and should not be in that position. I will be seeing them in court, for not only the damage, but for their fraudulent behavior and software that is inadequate.

They are not a reliable organization. Promise another, over charges, and broke many items. One guy shows up to unload the truck. They totally ruined my Peloton Treadmill and destroyed my grill. They promised that everything they took apart would be reassembled. That did not happen. I'm considering small claims court for the damage of my equipment.

I advise everyone to not fall for the same SCAM I fell for. At first on the phone they are so nice and comforting, the absolute moment they have a single dollar for you, you will never hear from them again. I will save you the story of my personal experience and just leave you with what you need to know. My quote compared to what I paid was almost DOUBLE ($3458 to $4997) for a one bedroom apartment from Illinois to Florida) they didn’t have to move a bed, a couch, or even any else bulky. Not to mention customer service trying to upcharge me an additional $750 for a “shuttle fee”, the customer service rep was insistent that the building was not accessible by the truck, that they had checked google maps and that there was “absolutely NO WAY” (exact words) for an 18 wheeler would fit. Ironically enough, there was a shipping container the exact size and type that the truck had just sitting in the next parking lot, so obviously an 18-wheeler had to fit. That has made me even more doubtful as to whether the rep even really did check google maps and she was dead set on getting as much money from me as possible because Both the truck driver and I knew it would fit just fine. They smashed my office desk to pieces, bent and smashed my lamps, crushed my entertainment centers and broke a custom art piece marked in a box “CAUTION ART DO NOT STACK FRAGILE$$$” there was absolutely 0 to no communication between them and I, and if there was it was because I had to call them 13+ times in order to get a call back ( I will GLADLY post my call logs to even prove this.) once my stuff finally did show up the two man team (an outside company they hire, not Alltrust like they say they are owner operated) rushed all my stuff off the truck and kept saying “just sign the receipt log we have more delivery’s to make” before getting to fully inspect all of my stuff. Plus I never ever got a receipt or list of what they delivered, so absolutely no paperwork to prove what was even moved! The real kicker too, they straight up asked me for a tip after showing me the smashed desk and demanding my final payment in CASH. People do yourself a favor, save your money and go to somewhere trustworthy. I doubt I will see any money back for my lost boxes, smashed furniture, forgotten items. So if you want to loose and or have your possession lost/ destroyed and pay almost double what your quote is for no communication, this is the company for you! Please do not fall for this scam, I would rather strap all the boxes and furniture to my back and walk from Chicago to Florida than ever use this company again. Also I’m about 100% sure all the positive reviews are fake seeing as the people that write them have only 1 review and it’s for this company. I mean you can buy reviews on google, so whoever manages your site, good job, unfortunate your company isn’t even listed with a rating on BBB, seeing as you are less than two years old. But with 36+ complaints, I can only Imagine what you’re rating would be. I am reaching out to the company for compensation, and will update this review as things develop.

Total scam! They keep spinning up the same scam under different names. DO NOT TRUST or give them your business. I personally was scammed and totally exposed while all our belongings sat on a truck as the demanded double payment. Assume ALL positive reviews FAKE and bought.

Very dishonest and will rip u off n a heartbeat. Gave me a quote of 3300 to move paid upfront. When they brought my furniture to my new home they held it for ransom and demanded another 3200 avoid them whatever u do don't use them
