Update Issue resolved in 2 hours after posting this review, thanks to John Corey. Rating updated from 1 star to 3 stars A-455706 Princeton, KY - Springfield, OH Load booked on July 24th, POD with in/out times sent on July 25th, today is August 13th, yet still they haven't paid detention. Left copule of emails and requests for detention, only to be met with ''this takes some time and we will let you know'' There are 4 people in the email chain, the main broker that we booked the load is completely ignoring us. My last 2 emails from 7 days ago and yesterday didn't even get respond back. It seems totaly unprofessional for the driver to wait for almost 4 weeks, and i booked this load with Ally logistics, not your customer. I would assume you should take care of the carriers and then deal with your beloved customers. This is the last load i will haul for Ally logistics

Had a problem with the paperwork at first my broker Nick and austin were ignoring but after that daniel utykanski helped us with the situation at the receivers and getting the paperwork. A big shoutout to daniel who helped us to deal with the situation. Wants to work with Ally , Daniel and john are your guys. Obviously it was my first load with ally which didn't go the way I was expecting but after working with Daniel I am sure we can work together. Cheers!

I wish I could give no stars, but I can't. This is the 2nd, (and last), load I will ever pull for Ally Logistics. Each load ended up costing me 3 days of down time. Both loads were supposed to pick up 3-5 days,( apparently they couldn't get anyone to pull them), before I was issued the load. Therefore, they were both "work in" loads. No detention, but hey, I got $125 layover for 3 days of waiting on each. This last load was so late loading, I missed my delivery and then Ally "forgot" to reschedule the delivery, till it was too late to get a delivery on day 2. Got an appt for 1535 on day 3. This company's ineptitude cost me 2 additional days and 2 future loads worth $3475. I will never book with them again. It was my fault for booking the 2nd load, but I figured the 1st load issue was a fluke. Apparently it is the norm for this broker.
