I moved to Oahu from Maryland in September of 2023. Currently I am moving again back to the mainland with a different company. What I found was that Aloha International falsely claimed my gross weight was 18,300 pounds, which I claimed was an over estimate and requested a weight ticket. They didn’t provide and stopped communicating with me. Subsequently I have moved again back to the mainland and my weight came in at 13,536 pounds plus 2000 pounds of crating and material for 15,536 pounds. This proved my point that Aloha International falsely claimed a weight in order to gain a higher payment for my move. Stay away from this company.

An overseas military move can be pretty stressful but Levi, Justice and Tino made our pack up and out easy and did it well! They worked quickly but were very thorough. They took great care of our items and it was evident that they took pride in their work. I worked around them adding my own labels to what they packed and they would even remind me when a box or wrapped up was missing my own labels! They were neat in the house and garage and brought extra boxes and paper to fill our final crate to ensure no movement. They were personable and I felt like they let us get to know them, which is something I highly value when working with people. Our final large piece, which is a super heavy dresser, got some fun art work on her to put the finishing touches on the job! I would work with this trio again in a heartbeat!

ABSOLUTELY NO ALOHA! This place is a disgrace and has the nerve to even have Aloha in their name. Tim is the most unprofessional egotistical person I have ever met, a moving company should offer comfort and a sense of relief to their customers being that they are dealing with the task of moving somewhere new but do not expect that at all with this company. What you can expect is “fake friendly” service to your face while they re arrange and steal things from you behind your back. We had a very big international move and had many items missing, our couch was partially broken and on top of that the company they hired to deliver our items were very unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. For the love of god, do not put yourself through the same misery and problems that I have. Learn from my mistakes, pay the extra money and go with a more trusted moving company. There's nothing "Aloha" about this company. Especially their sales agent; Tim. Who thought he was too high and mighty to answer questions, very unresponsive and last minute. Which is the last thing anyone needs when moving internationally. The best part of all is that the cheap ghetto moving company they hired in Spain broke a piece off my balcony. They fixed it with super glue... PS. Multiple expensive items were missing. THEY STEAL !!!
