They did it again!!!! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, they were so efficient and fast with how they worked. This was our second time using them and they never disappoint. My whole family uses them. They are the only movers I recommend to anyone moving. The owner is such a sweet guy and you can tell he cares about what he does and a family man. Wish I could give it more stars!

This review comes after two moves with Alpha Omega Movers. The booking process is effortless. Whether by email or by phone, responses are consistently prompt. Pamela by email and Benjamin by phone are kind and professional, patiently answering all questions. A pre-move questionnaire is sent by email; the Company uses the completed form to estimate an approximate cost. There is an hourly charge for the movers and a flat $100 charge for the truck of the size used for the two moves. Any estimates came with no gotcha fees. What was quoted was very close to what the final price was. Alpha and Omega by request will bring supplies with them to the move such as boxes and wrapping paper. Packing is offered - an entire house can be packed if requested. Movers were careful, courteous and respectful of customers and their belongings. Everything arrived at the destination with no damage. Before leaving, the foreman will show the customer the empty truck to ensure that nothing was left. Each move appeared to go longer than estimated; and since labor is charged by the hour, this resulted in a higher fee than budgeted. However, this may be attributed to the care of the movers not to cause damage, and fulfilling a request to pack breakables; and so was worth the extra cost. Five stars for Alpha and Omega Movers...and they earned every star.

My experience with Alpha Omega was very super great! Right from Day 1, when I reached out to Ben regarding this move, he answered my queries very clearly, understood my requirements and tailored it accordingly. Ben and Steve did the great move without any hassle. He was very much flexible based on our requirements. Ben and Steve came on the move day on time and collected it seamlessly. Likewise both had delivered it flawlessly. Ben has always made me felt as a family and I am very much comfortable with him. I would strongly recommend Ben to all of my known friends.
