Total SCAM. They were a week late on pickup leaving me to fly across country WITHOUT my stuff in a truck. Had to find a friend to wait around my apartment for 12 hours until they showed. The guy came in a rented budget truck and "hired" two helpers off of craigslist which he then refused to pay and they pulled a knife on him and said "they wouldn't mind going back to prison".....classy stuff. He also gave us a fake name. OH and he didn't have enough room in his truck so half of it was tied to the outside with ropes and a tarp...in the middle of December snow...for a drive to Chicago. They said they "never had issues with that company before" so they refused to refund any money. The movers assigned to my case would then call and say they'd leave my stuff in the snow if I didn't wire them MORE money....when they finally made it they said if I didn't give them another grand they were driving off with my stuff. They also broke many items and stole things such as my EZ Pass (pretty easy to connect the dots when the movers are in chicago and I've never driven there but I was getting tons of charges there). DO NOT USE.

If these guys help you move with a Budget truck I can promise you it’s stolen and are jeopardizing your personal belongings. I know it’s stolen because they rented from my location and they never returned The truck. Mike is the biggest scam and I’ll never do business with him.

Disgusting!!! After contracting a move through Alpine Relocation which they sub-contracted to All In One Moving , located in New Jersey we went through the "MOVE FROM HELL". It took All In One 4 partial loads to move us. These loads contributed to many lost and damaged items. Much of the damage was very obvious as intentional or caused by complete negligence; ex. foot prints on items. Total damages and losses amounted to over $12,000.00. Repeated assistance requested from Alpine went nowhere even after they continued to promise assistance. We were offered $50.00 at first and then, because All In One felt "badly" it was upped to $300.00. Stay AWAY FROM ALPINE ! They will promise a lot but won't help.

Without doubt worst moving service have ever used. Highly suggesting to AVOID this company. Original quote $1,450, final billing $6,381. Very expensive audio system, the shipping boxes wet and expensive to replace. Photography equipment broken. Storage boxes wet. File cabinets dented. My suggestion, rent a moving truck, get some movers and do the move yourself.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They picked up my friends items and are essentially holding them for ransom unless she pays the 75% markup in price for delivery. They refuse to respond to her and have all of her personal items being held in storage
