When their driver comes to pick up their customer and constantly beeps before 7am!!! People do sleep! Some of us worm 13 hour shifts over night and some of us also have trouble sleeping due to living in pain! How about respect???? Then I say so early and the 2 people get smart instead of understanding that they've woken people up for the 15th time! I mean beep beep beep! Beep beeep! Get out and knock or call/text the customer for God's sake! EVERY SI GLE TIME THEY COME FOR THEM!! By the way they moved to room 355!!!!

This company is not responsible or liable, they don’t always show up for my step son. I’ve had to Uber my son home many times. They can’t say why there drivers don’t show up either.

ALS Transportation is a dedicated company. I use there services quite often and I will say that everyone is very professional and very knowledgeable of serving my son that is itellectually disabled. They are very prompt and will work with your schedule if they are able. ALS is an excellent transportation company that accomodate your love ones needs. My family is very blessed and happy to have this service.
