Been trying to call these guys for a few days. One time someone answered and then hung up on me while I was speaking. I immediately called back and they picked up again. This time the guy was alright, no arguments, but the sales guy was not around and needed to call me back. I've been waiting and no calls back. I left my name and number too. Very interested in one of the cars but at this point I'm going somewhere else.

Our interest was in the blue 2002 Nissan Sentra VIN 3N1AB51AX2L730073! We were told by three different sales men over the phone at this company this vehicle was a “one owner vehicle, with a clean title, clean CARFAX, NEVER in accident!” During the three different phone calls we informed the sales representative that it was a very long drive for us one way so please be honest and up front with us on the vehicle. Again we were reassured that the car had a clean CARFAX and was in excellent condition. Prior to our trip we ran a CARFAX just to make sure what we were told was accurate. Report showed it was a two person owner car, salvaged title, auctioned vehicle. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt and hoping the car was in as good condition as they posted we decided to make the trip anyway. When we arrived to Altra cargo inc. on Saturday 10/13/18 a little before noon time, the car we called on behalf of was in their lot running unattended. The store was locked up, we thought they closed for the day, I placed a call to the the office, Sam answered, “I had to step out for a moment I’ll be right back, the cars running.” During our wait for him to return we looked over the car. To say the least the pictures posted on their site for this vehicle look nothing like the car in their lot! The headlight was falling out of its socket, the car did not run well, trunk had a major leak in the seal because the inside was completely soaked and mildewing, the paint job did not even match throughout the car. Almost a 7 hour drive, wasted. When confronting Sam about the false information, his reponse... “well you didn’t talk to me on the phone did you?” The price listed for this vehicle was over $3000. We questioned Sam on the “clean” salvaged title, his response, “when’s it’s a salvaged title it needs to be listed.” Sam and I reviewed the post in his website together no where on this post for this vehicle could you see that it was a salvaged title (now it conveniently says “rebuilt title”) I am very disappointed with this company. Had they just been honest with us from the beginning we would not have wasted a whole day driving there and back.

I don't usually leave reps (especially bad ones) on products or services that i come across with regardless of experience that i get. But this time I'm making an exception. Think of any racket and incompetency, and they did it to me the first and last time I went there: Rude salesman, check. Worst owner manager/owner, check. Terrible units, check. Bait and switch, check. Title washing (to hide out-of-state branding), check. Fake posted prices, yep. I'm ashamed of being Delawarean because of these people and all the racketeering work that they do.. They perhaps ran out of space (or got ran out of) in new york and they went here in Wilmington. Please, don't waste your time on this place.

these guys are just excellent, was on the lot for only an hour and left with a beautiful sedan. ben my sales guy was just great, if you want a used car these are your guys. val

excellent service, gave me a great deal on a 2009 accord, I still cant believe it. great guys over there....keep up the good work fellas
