I’ve partnered with AM Testing Lab for several years, primarily for children's toy testing, but my experience has gone downhill immensely to the point of just searching for different labs. With frequent staff turnover, I’m constantly passed around to new contacts, leading to communication that’s often curt, uninformative, and frustrating. If a component fails testing and needs to be retested be prepared to get a simple notification that your prototype Failed and buckle up for several inefficient emails trying to get more information as to what failed and why. Communication with AM Testing can often times feel adversarial like you're bothering them and they're busy, not at all like you paid them a large sum of money to test a prototype of a product you've been working on for a long time. As an ecommerce seller you will need a lab that supports you through the testing process, but AM Testing has become increasingly transactional and dismissive. If you email them at all prepare for some sort of quote, it almost feels like at no point have you satisfied your financial burden for getting something completely tested. Testing isn’t inexpensive, and for the price, you should expect a lab that treats you kindly and provides basic information. Unfortunately, when I’ve asked for help, I’ve often been met with rude responses and a clear "I don't have time for this" attitude. There are many other labs out there that can meet your testing needs while offering better service. I strongly recommend looking for a different testing lab for your business while exploring options.

If I could have left 10 stars I would have done so for this company. Dan provided me with so much information, other companies didn't have the time or will to do. I even got an estimate over the phone with a very clear explanation of the process,, and things I wasn't even aware of that I need to look into. Other companies would most likely charge you for that. Not this company. I am sure their testing service and professionalism is as good as their customer service. I will definitely use A M Testing in the near future. Thank you Dan!
