This was our third move with Amazing Moves, but our first out-of-town move. Their team of Sean and Georgii moved my family from Denver to New Mexico recently. The entire experience was seamless and I couldn't recommend them more. They were totally professional and efficient from the day of packing to the load in and out. Their cheery personalities made the move feel so much less stressful. They were on time and communicative. Heather in the front office was also great- she estimated the job perfectly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Nothing was broken, dented, or handled improperly. Highly recommend!

Not an amazing experience. The estimator said there'd be room left on one truck. It took two trucks and two days AND they tried to triple the cost. Super friendly movers who don't read English so we had bedroom items in the garage and kitchen items in the basement. A door was removed and not replaced, feet screwed back on over the plastic wrapping left on a sofa on its back, and trash left in our new front yard. Speaking with management, the cost (not including two days worth of significant gratuities,) ultimately was brought down to a mere $800 over the bid. Negotiating the cost overages, the representatives came across as listless and perturbed - far from models of the type of customer service one would like when spending a few grand. PR training highly recommended for this lot. In hindsight, I'd have gone with the company whose bid was a bit higher but likely much more accurate. Not not not amazing.

We had 4 guys help us move today and they were on time and super helpful. Everything was packed carefully and professionally wrapped up, including artwork, glass, couch, beds, mattresses, etc. Thank you AJ, José, Isaac, and Vic! Great work!!

Talked with Jacob Simpkins to book this, who grossly underestimated the quote I received. The 3 boys they sent day of were not appropriate for my move, they needed much more man power. With that, it took *much* longer than expected which ended up costing me significantly more than what I was quoted. I called Jacob and spoke with him about this, mid move. He stated he had to get with his sales supervisor but assured me he would call me back after. It’s now 2 days post move and I haven’t heard a peep from Jacob or anyone associated with this unethical business. I definitely do not recommend and 1000% regret booking with them.

While the move itself was ok and the team that moved my items were friendly and very hard working, the post move close out has been terrible. There were a few items damaged and missing after the move was complete. I'm not surprised or upset by this, it happens, but after filing a claim through their system and contacting the Claims Representative, Larrisa Lord, numerous times via phone and email, I've had no resolution. Unless they actually answer their phone, which is extremely rare, all attempts at contact have been ignored. Last I heard, over two months ago now, my claim was pending approval for compensation for my lost and damaged items. Since then nothing and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or by email. I do not recommend Amazing Moves and my realtor has removed them from his company's recommended list.
