Tobias and Larry were excellent throughout the whole process!! I purchased a couch on Sunday and had it delivered on Monday. Everything was quick and efficient with no issues whatsoever. Tobias and Larry had excellent communication and coordination from pre-delivery, the actual delivery, and ensuring the couch was positioned exactly how I wanted it. They both were very careful to not damage anything or scratch the floors and walls. I would highly recommend contacting them for any moving needs if you have large furniture you need help with.

After a long and exhausting moving day, we realized that our sleeper sofa hadn't been assembled correctly. Without hesitation, the owner, Dorian, along with his fantastic team members, Alekos and Denixon, returned the very next day to fix the issue. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. After an already long day of moving, they took the time and care to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right make them the best in the business. Sept 13th, 2024 From the moment I engaged with Maria at America's Most Reliable Movers of Florida, I was impressed by her thoroughness in explaining the entire process and accommodating my ever-changing moving dates. She made everything stress-free and clear from the start. The real stars of the day, however, were Darius, Travis, and Antonio. These guys spent close to 8 hours in the Florida heat, moving me from a two-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, and they did it with such professionalism, politeness, and even a sense of humor. Despite the grueling work, they remained friendly and positive the whole time. They wrapped all my belongings securely, took apart my furniture, and reassembled it perfectly at my new place. If you're looking for a reliable moving company, look no further—AMR is the best choice! I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Amazing company. Scheduling the move was easy, the office staff were great to talk to and they made the scheduling process a breeze. The crew that came out to do the move worked extremely hard and did a great job moving my stuff. They were courteous and respectful of my family, home, and belongings. I would heavily recommend them to anyone who has a move planned.

If I can give a zero I would. We brought 2k worth of items. Trusting the General manager , he advised us to use there reputable movers American Most Reliable mover,(AMR).Apparently , they work together for years. Side note, Ashley doesn’t do delivery for clearance items. Back to the story ….. As soon as it was our scheduled delivery day!! It was a Day Of Hell for lack of better words. We waited 7hrs for our stuff!! Didn’t arrive until 7:30pm. Movers set some of our stuff up and realize they never picked up a piece , that AMR signed off on at Ashley. SMH!! We were back in forth with Ashley & AMR to get this resolved. AMR Maria told the movers to collect our money and they would deliver that piece tomorrow because they had another deliver to do. We were baffled at that distasteful comment. Due to that being bad business we wasn’t paying until we got all our pieces. AMR Maria then contact the owner , Next AMR finally decided to go get the piece that was a smart adjustable base . Lastly we finally get home, the movers realized the adjustable base did not have all the pieces. Yall the foot of the base was picked up after going back to Ashley. Now Ashley is closed, the owner Dorian of AMR promised us to deliver the next day. Due to everything being in our living room, we had to sleep on the floor on our new mattress SMH. Next Day we contacted Ashley , We spoke to Roxy Sales Manager , she was heaven sent because she resolved the issue so item can be picked up, however the owner from AMR gave us his word after paying him, that they would deliver item with no extra charge. Let’s just say…. They took our money day before and swept us to the side saying he never promised next day. They took another order next day and never put us on there books!!!! If you use AMR and Ashley furniture , just know that you will run the risk of long waits, miss communication with the Ashley company at Pinellas Park, with no accountability being taken on either side!! Oh yeah Nunant warehouse guy dont know what he is doing either !! Just terrible experience. Try to support a black company and this the treatment we received. Keeping your word is important. Do better!

Larry and Tobias were exceptionally professional in the delivery of my high end leather sofas. They were prompt, courteous and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The furniture was double wrapped for protection and they made sure it all worked and was positioned exactly as I wanted it. Thank you!!! Such a pleasure to receive such excellent service!!!!
