I was at a convention on the island when I took a wrong road that was flooded, & my car died in it. My whole weekend went to trash, because I live in Austin. This place took care of my car, even tried to jump start me, & offered lots of options and rates to get my van home. They were nothing but kind & respectful. Other places wouldn't even respond to the police to help get my van! But they did & I am so grateful.

The drivers a dirty, they got into my truck all full of grease and got the seat , driver door and broke my center council beware of American Eagle they are no good

I was driving a rental car from Enterprise from Edinburg to Austin and stopped to get gas in Riviera, Texas. After, the car wouldn't start. I contacted Enterprise, and they said they would send a tow truck for the car, and once the car was towed, get me an Uber to the nearest open Enterprise to get a new rental. The tow truck arrived, and I requested the Uber to Corpus Christi as instructed. However, no drivers wanted to pick up the 45 minute trip from the middle of nowhere to Corpus Christi. Enterprise then tried Lyft and no luck. Then they said they were working on finding a taxi and would contact me when they found one. The tow truck drivers saw my predicament and kindly offered to take me and my luggage and drop me off at the Enterprise rental counter at the Corpus Christi airport. I gladly accepted. Without them, I would have probably ended up stranded in Riviera for several more hours. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to.

Received a certified letter from them stating they had towed my car. They also notified my credit union that they had towed my car and had it in storage. Not only was it not my car but I haven’t been in Corpus Christi TX in over 30 yrs. After 3 calls trying to get something stating they had made a mistake the owner refused and hung up on me. They make false statements and are not very creditable

I recently had my car towed across country and Nikita, the dispatcher, was great at facilitating the process. The driver, Jesse, was awesome! I highly recommend American Eagle Auto Transport if you need your car towed long distance.
