Booked a load with this company, barely understood the broker on their phone due to the poor audio quality they have coming through. They called roughly 10 times during the booking process asking to do multiple things and multiple people calling asking the same question. Then, when my driver was picking up the load, they call saying they have an appointment for Tuesday when the load, keep in mind FROZEN, was picked up Thursday scheduled to deliver Friday morning, as stated on the rate confirmation with an appointment time. So they lied about having an appointment and tried booking it last minute, when obviously that would not go well. They asked us to haul the load without increasing the rate, wanting us to have a reefer running at -10 F continuous over the weekend. No thanks.

Not reliable. Have an open invoice from them since April and cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. We can even see they acknowledge the invoice on QuickBooks by opening it multiple times a day but are choosing not to pay. Very frustrating.

We had some issues with the load we booked, but they were open to communicating and resolving all controversial matters. Any problems may arise at any time and it is precious if the parties have the opportunity to reach an agreement without damage to both parties

I heard that it is better to not have a deal with them, but my first time I booked load with them, sent my truck to the shipper, they canceleed the load, as they said due bad qualit but we still wanted to check with the shipper the reason and we found that they gave as wrong pick up number, they still giving me the wrong number. I bealive they just gave load to another carrier for cheaper. But when I was trying to get TONU, they started argue that it is not their fault and ignoring me after that. If you don't wanna wast your time and get in a trouble just skip this company and never work with them, you just lose your time and doing those expenses for nothing. Shame on you Marshall Scott, peoples like you just destroying companies reputation.

Carriers Please Beware before getting Load from theese type of cheap Broker. what ever you see fake 5 star reviews in here, I’m pretty sure that all reviews by their own broker who work for them as commissions basis.
