SCAM!!! I moved from NV to TX they quoted me $2600 based on the amount of stuff I had and ended up charging me over $8000!! They had all my stuff loaded up in the truck and said I had to pay $3000 that day when I was told it was $1200. I didn’t even have enough money to pay them and had to borrow money because I had no where to go and already signed my lease in TX. The movers they used to contract were very emphatic and said that I need to report them to the BBB for scamming me. I tried calling Lisa and Joe and they would NOT answer and when I finally got a hold of Lisa she was EXTREMELY RUDE and said I wasn’t going to get my stuff until I paid the other $4500. At this point I had no choice I moved all the way across the country and needed my belongings. I tried calling and calling again to speak to someone about this scam and they never got back to me. I called everyday for a month. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. I am a young 25 year old single girl that they took advantage of and it’s going to take me years to recover from this financially. This company should not be in business, absolutely terrible and the worst experience.

My experience is similar to most of the terrible reviews. Joe was a great salesman upfront, patient and really worked with me. I was given a quote and Lisa called to go over the inventory, which increased the quote. I was not upset, I assumed there would be some fluctuations. However, (I didn't realize) they are a broker and contracted my move out to another company who coerced me and my price went from 6k (quote) to 20k. I have left voice-mails, email and text messages trying to talk to Joe or Lisa with no response. My contract with them specifically stated I needed a weigh ticket. When the movers came, they brought me an empty weigh ticket and told me I will get the loaded ticket at delivery. The ticket did not come with the delivery and the foreman had no idea and didn't feel the need to comply with my contract signed with premiere. I am now out of 20k because I cannot be reimbursed for my government move, and I cannot get in contact with anyone at American Premiere Van Lines.

This company agreed to move my parents from TX to AR. They were "squeezing" them in due to our circumstances. The day before the move they told us they could not do the move and would have to refund the deposit. On July 1 I was told that my refund was in the mail. Here it is, 7/13, no refund and no return calls after repeated texts and phone calls. Going to the BBB and secretary of state next. I wouldn't trust them to help move the post office mail.
Update: despite phones calls and promises, I've still not received a refund and it's been over THREE months!!!

June of 2022 I was researching moving companies to move my belongings from Las Vegas to Texas. I spoke with Joe at American Premiere Van Lines. I spent hours on the phone with Joe going over a list of all my belongings, and the dates to have my stuff moved. Joe was detailed, but rushed me into signing a contract and paying $1,100+ deposit. After signing and paying the initial deposit, Joe calls me back and said I had to actually pay $1350.00 as a deposit with no explanation. After the payment, he said that "lisa" would be in touch with me to go over the same details and confirm scheduling. Lisa did get in touch with me after us playing phone tag. While on the phone with Lisa, she gave me her business cell so just in case things changed on a weekend, I could contact her. Then the following day, Lisa called me and said "she had bad news" that the quote of $5000.00 was not correct in moving my things from Las Vegas to Texas. Instead it would be $10,500-$12,500. I said that was too high and to just return my deposit. Lisa said she couldn't return the deposit to me but she would contact her brother who is a mover to assist me or with my move. The following day she said that her brother would be 12,500-13,000 to move my belongings. I told her to give me time, since I was misquoted and I could not get my deposit back that I would have to earn the funds and sell a majority of my belongings. She said that was fine. My family and I then moved to texas and did not have any of our belongings. I made several trips back to Las Vegas to get rid of most of my things and to keep just important/sentimental items. I donated 75% of my things so I could have what was left moved to Texas. I sent pictures of what was left in storage and I advised that the 2 couches were not coming and that only a china cabinet, 1 chair and 20-30 boxes were now needing to be moved. I requested Lisa let me know the estimate price. I never heard back and now all phone lines are disconnected.

Update 2: American Premier is now being helpful in tracking my move. The movers picked up my belongings. They were careful with my belongings and packed well. I changed star to 3 stars from 1 star. Will adjust upward or downward at end.
Update: I was contacted shortly after posting and we have a new move date for 2 days from now. If all goes well, I will give an updated review. Fingers crossed.
If I could give a 0 for reviews, I would. I am stuck sitting in the house with no movers. I was given a quote for moving and with one stop to drop some stuff off on the way to my house. The morning of the move I got a text saying they couldn't do the stop. After some back and forth, the actual driver said he would be here in 40 minutes and take pictures of the few items for the stop and send back to dispatch to see if they could. I told the representative on the phone that most the stuff could go to my house except for one large piece. They would then have to help me get the items to the other house in the future. That was verbally agreed to. Hours later I sit. No driver. The driver doesn't answer phone nor does anyone at the phone number of the person I have been speaking to.
