Worst broker. I have AtG load in my trailer from last 3 days and Brooker given me trouble . Reciever reject the load coz they dont have proper equipment broker said go back to my yard which 100 miles and bring pallet jack and driver assit for unloading i have my back issue its 45 k heavy load i cant do it . And he said not paying any extra money . They are not responding I will take further action now

VERY BAD BROKER, THEY GAVE US A LOAD FROM DUBLIN VA TO MOORE SC, RECIEVER WONT TAKE US FOR 8 HOURS ALREADY AND THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING REGARDING THAT ISSUE, BEEN SILENT ALL DAY, WONT ANSWER PHONECALLS NOTHING, DOING NOTHING REGARDING THIS ISSUE, PLEASE AVOID BOOKING LOADS WITH THEM. ONE OF THE WORST BROKERS YOU WILL EVER DO BUISNESS WITH. AVOID,AVOID, AVOID!!!

Worst Broker I've ever dealt with in almost 20yrs in the industry. Was told Load was First come first serve, 7-3pm...however there was a 4am appointment time on the Load.. Only communication with Michael Chazen thr broker was initiated by me... Had to reschedule for 5:30pm appointment which meant nothing because I ...they only pay detention time after being at the dock for 2hrsstill didn't get to a dock until 8:35

Rafael Andrade and his coworker mike were just amazing and very professional. They are taking care of to do things right and be honest with the carriers. They literally saved me to lose $390 for a lumper reimbursement and even if they did not have, they remembered me and supported me just because this is how they are. I really recommend them.

If you have any problems on any loads, and even if it was not a issue caused by the driver, good luck getting it done by this broker. They will give you the runaround, no communication, thus far it has been 10 days, and I still can't get a new rate con. They kept my driver on a load for 4 days, when it was a next day delivery. PLEASE be careful when booking with this broker. HOPEFULLY not everybody who works in this company are the same.
