Having just moved from FL 7 months ago and having had a terrible experience, I was unsure of who to use when planning a move for my parents in Savannah. My parents' realtor suggested American Moving & Storage and I cannot say enough good about them (and our realtor for her recommendation)! They handled my move with incredible attention to detail. Every single person I talked to from the first consultation to the last load off of the truck was courteous and took great care of family heirlooms, furniture, and labeled every box! I am floored at how smoothly everything went. I couldn't find a complaint if I tried. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!!

I used this moving company for my recent in town move, and I highly recommend them. They made moving my furniture a breeze. Nothing was damaged, and they put all the pieces in the rooms I planned on using them in my new place. I felt personal care from the beginning all the way to the end with this company. I will hire them again and probably get them to move all my stuff next time. Thanks to their team of movers and their customer care rep for making things so easy, in a stressful time.

Run, don't walk, RUN away from this company. The moved us 15 minutes away from one location to another, broke the leg on our brand new couch, didn't take everything we asked and then charged our credit card on a SATURDAY for twice the amount we agreed on. I left them a message on a Thursday to say I wanted to discuss the situation, no one returned my call and then I get the "paid in full" bill on Saturday. Absolute crooks, and I still have items I now have to move on my own. Dee and Wendy don't care about you or your property, they just want your money.
