STAY AWAY!! THE WORST MOVE EVER!!!! TERRIBLE WORK, EVEN WORSE SERVICE! I would give fewer stars if it were possible. They are not "professional", although the owner claimed to have 15 years of experience himself and 10 years with the same crew. The owner needs to go and work for a real moving company and see how it's supposed to be done. I hired Amko for a household pack and move. He promised that the job could be done in one day. Having had professional pack & moves done on at least 4 prior occassions, I was skeptical. Sure enough, they did not finish in one day. For the packing, they brought a stack of used boxes of unknown origin & cleanliness. I am all for recycling, but if I am paying a moving company to pack, I expect them to bring ample supplies that are clean and unused. They did not use enough packing paper & boxes, so the items were a mess when they arrived. There was a crew of 4, plus the owner (who did nothing). Two of the four seemed to have never moved before. They struggled to move furniture up a flight of stairs. They scraped up the walls of the stairwell amd broke a loveseat. The worst part was the owner's attitude when confronted about the broken furniture and walls. He argued that they were experienced and took no responsibility!
