My husband had a flat tire off I-95 near Santee, South Carolina. He just needed air for the spare tire so he could get to the exit, which was about 10 miles down the road. Our emergency service provider could not get anyone near Santee to help out. I even called the wrecking services near Santee, and I received no response. After five hours of being on the side of the road, he called the service again. They could not get anyone to come out. Finally, through Onstar, they connected us with Anaconda Wrecker Service. Granted, they had to come from a long way out to get to him, so it took a while. When Ryan got there, he was well prepared. He brought the air needed to fill up the spare. Additionally, he went through the trouble of finding a full tire just in case it was needed. After ten hours on the side of the road, thank you to Ryan for getting out there. We realize it was a long way for you to come, from Charleston to Santee, but so glad you were willing.

Was used through my insurance company farm bureau they were supposed to be at my location Within an hour, 3 hours later no response did not answer phone calls from insurance company would not answer my phone call had to use another towing service finally got my car towed after 5 hours stranded on side of road horrible business not responsive use at your own risk these people are complete flakes and should not even have a license.
