Through the years we have used many moving companies, we been scammed, stolen from, and refused claims through broken handing. We were so blessed to have Veronica and her team with Anderson Transfer arrive at our home as we prepared for another move. The packing team took passion and pride to pack our rooms professionally, then the next day the driver and movers arrived. The driver greeted us with his team, a walk through, and it was go time. The movers carefully wrapped our belongings and covered floors, packed the truck neatly and handled our belongings preciously. Thank you Veronica, Anderson Transfer aka North American for taking care of us. We will never use another moving company again and always use North American. As being active duty, we may see another move in future and look forward to requesting you again. For those looking at reviews from our experience do your homework as other moving companies hold your belongings hostage, steal or break your stuff, and deny your claims....North American is an approved mover and will make sure you are taken care of (Homework). This is our first time with Anderson Transfer aka North American and our only mover we will ever use. To add the amazing staff of Veronica Joe, Donna, Driver Chris and Crew!

I really hope they pack their own belongings better than they packed ours. So many things have to be tossed because they are ruined. Very disappointed. I had high hopes because one woman was fantastic with her packing. The movers were decent until the last few hours. The lack of care with just tossing things in boxes is ridiculous if you wanna be lazy and have no regard for other people's stuff. Find a new job.

Tyrell Charles hands down AMAZING. We have been in the military 20 years and we have never had a team like this. Tyrell communicated well, very personal able, made sure all our stuff was where it needed to be and protected, he made sure all protection was down for floors and doors. This guy hands down the best we ever had. Thank you Tyrell and team for the amazing care and work y’all put in today. #FANTASTIC100%AMAZING

Do yourself a favor and do not hire Anderson Transfer. They do the moves for North American Van Lines in the area of Charleston, SC. I made an appointment to have Bruce Paris come to my house to give me a quote and he was one and a half hours late. Then, there's the office staff (i.e., Veronica Joe and Courtney Bartlette.) They are very rude and have an attitude as if they are doing one a favor when the fact is that one pays very well for their terrible service. The only reason I hired them was because I was on a tight schedule to move. Last, but certainly not least, there were the movers (i.e., Chris and Louis), they stole 10 of my boxes!!! Had I known that they would turn out to be unscrupulous thieves, I would not have tipped them and I tipped them very well. So, if you want to avoid a terrible experience during your move DO NOT HIRE ANDERSON TRANSFER. They do the moves for North American Van Lines out of the Charleston, SC area and they are terrible in all sense of the word.

Anderson Transfer provided one-stop moving services, from in-person estimates to packing to storage to delivery in an exceptional manner. The crew was highly experienced and professional, and exhibited great care in handling our furniture and possessions. The office staff was responsive and personable and a pleasure to deal with From start to finish of our move Anderson Transfer made the entire process of relocating a little less intimidating. I highly recommend Anderson and Noth American for a seamless move!
