We LOVE Dr. McMillan! I'm usually someone who wants to write a positive review but then later forgets to do so, but Dr. McMillan is so wonderful that I've be reminded time after time to write this long due review. Dr. McMillan is warm, kind, and super intelligent. She's got the best bedside manner and is gentle with both my kids. My older one is very introverted but loves her, which speaks volumes. She always remembers details about our kids and family, and is super responsive to messages and urgent appointment needs! Both our kids were sick so much this past winter and she has been so empathetic and helpful. Cannot recommend her more! She's the only reason I keep the kids at pamf rather than a small private office through COVID!

Protect your children! Medical negligence. We scheduled an urgent appointment to our 8-month with high fever. Once she heard he has fever she refused to accept the appointment. Refusing to treat a sick patient on a scheduled appointment is not only non ethical, but also refusing to help an helpless 8-month is just being heartless. I insisted to get medical treatment from any doctor at the facility but the office refused to take responsibility. Don’t take chances with your kids.

Take your children to ANY other doctor. My son had very high fever for a few days, after ruling out COVID we made an urgent appointment. Once we arrived this doctor refused to treat him because the office made a 15 minute appointment instead of 30. She refused to give treatment to an helpless infant because her staff did a mistake and it did not fit her schedule. This is unethical, cruel, unprofessional and against everything I have ever think about doctors and generally about care providers. Don’t take a chance with your children.. who knows what she might miss next time she is not in the mood to do her job

She’s a gem. I am so glad that she is my son’s pediatrician. Very proactive and doesn’t wait for his condition to go bad. Listens carefully and doesn’t make us feel rushed.
