We're really sad that our driver manager Ken quit last week. He took better care of the drivers' safety than any other driver manager we've ever had. He treated the drivers with humanity and worked responsibly with truth and sincerity. We hope there will be more employees like Ken in Andrus in the future. Blessings on Ken and his family and all they do.

This is by far the worst place I've ever heard about, from driving the miles and not getting paid for it properly.. to Barbara the dispatcher being smuck, rude, entitled and doesn't admit her mistakes immediately takes the route to find another way to blame the driver or others. Unprofessional and sadly seems as though she has a miserable life and takes it to work. And then there's Lynn who only sticks up for her office people and doesn't give two darns about the drivers. When explained issues Lynn laughs at you and unprofessionally solves nothing . Turn over rate is high with these idiots and it's not the drivers it's in house idiots. Time to clear the lady dogs out and bring in new crew

I worked at Andrus only for 2 months (5/23) and I had several issues with the dispatcher and his supervisor Garrett, also the shop, they basically give you a band aid and send you on your way, that is the shops in St. George and Salt Lake City, the only shop I was able to get anything done was the Fontana shop. Also I was in “The I-15 Jail”. They say in their ad that they run in 8 western states and in almost 2 months that I was there I only went to Washington State twice and once to Flagstaff. I was running mainly from Fontana area to Salt Lake City, running 300-400 miles a day. The equipment is great, they have their own fuel pumps in STG and SLC which is a plus and there’s a lot of drop and hook. The orientation lasts 3 days but it could be done in one day or day in a half max. We start at 8am and we would be back to the hotel by 1-2pm. Wednesday is only from 8am until 10:30-11am.
