These guys are professionals! David and Ty had a solution for every problem and an efficient method to move any item no matter how heavy. Very patient, respectful and kind gentlemen. The man who runs the company, Rick, was a pleasure to deal with all the way from the initial phone call until the job was done. He even came over personally to oversee the safe delivery of our property. The cherry on top was how fair the pricing was. We had many obstacles, including the apartment's elevator breaking down etc. Anyone else would've charged extra but Rick is a man of his word. Give them a call, you wont regret it!

I'll start this off by saying, this is my first time hiring a moving company since my previous moves have been family/friends and myself. But this time I wanted to give us all a break. I contacted Angel Movers a few weeks before my move to inquire about moving on 7/24 and everything was set. The morning of the move I contacted Angel Movers to confirm that the move was still good since I hadn't heard anything since I'd called earlier in the week. I received a confirmation shortly after, however shortly after that I received a call that something came up and they would look into proceeding with my move that day but basically no promises and they'd let me know. I was also asked if the next day, Sunday, would work and I replied that I didn't have much choice since I HAD to be out of the house by Tuesday. Well the whole day goes by and I receive no communication at all from Angel Movers. Just before 6:30pm I decide to give Angel Movers a call to confirm that Sunday is still on since I have heard nothing from them since earlier that morning. I receive no answer to my call or any communication period at that point. After 12pm the next day (Sunday) I give Angel Movers a call to check on whether they are coming or not and I'm informed that yes they would be able to come out that day. At around 3pm I receive a call that they are at my residence, however by this time it is pouring raining so they decide to wait it out, to which I agree. At around 3:40pm, the rain isn't as heavy, so the move begins. Honestly, I wasn't the happiest about wet shoes being tracked through the house, but I digress, what can be done? Fast forward I finally arrive at the storage facility waiting for the guys to get there. There were a few issues navigating the storage facility which took at least 5-10 minutes but whatever. However, my biggest issue comes to the unloading portion of the move. The movers, two younger guys, I felt were moving so slow at one point I had to jump on the truck and help unload because one thing was being taken off the truck at a time to the point where one of the guys was taking a small bench back and forth for some reason and nothing productive was being done. Additionally in the move some of the plastic wrap that was on some items like my headboard had gotten rubbed off somehow and the exposed end was on the ground, defeating the purpose of the wrap. After we finally finished with the unload and I arrive at the second destination, I waited at least 20 minutes or so for the truck to arrive even after the guys left ahead of me. Nonetheless at the second destination, it was more of the same slow unloading. At this point the moving time was approaching 5 hours, so once again I decided to get on the truck to help unload to ensure we would finish moving before 10pm, we finally finished around 8:40pm. Overall, I felt as though I wasted money on this move since renting a uhaul and me being active in the move, as I STILL was here, would have cost me alot less money. I was disappointed to say the least.
