Dr. Pollard is absolutely amazing. A few years ago, I relocated to Fresno and tried to establish care with a local OBGYN who got good reviews. He performed the most painful pap I've ever had in my life. I was traumatized and I was in pain for days afterward. When I decided to establish care outside of Fresno, I found Dr. Pollard and decided to give her a try - it was the best decision I've ever made. I communicated to her that my experience with my previous provider wasn't positive and made me nervous. She was very understanding. Dr. Pollard made this process completely painless. Her bedside manner is great. She's very kind, caring, and knowledgable, and takes her time to build rapport with her patients. The world needs more providers like her. Thank you!

When I started coming for my prenatal visits I was told I would have dual care with a high risk doctor. Which I knew due to past medical history. I only had a couple visits. Never got to meet Dr Pollard. Was very disappointed today when I got a call saying Doctor Pollard decided not to have me as a patient and had already transferred my care. The person on the phone apologized I wasn't already notified on my last visit 3 weeks ago. I really enjoyed the staff and was looking forward to seeing both clinics as I'm not a big fan of the high risk clinic. Guess I dodged a bullet not meeting Doctor Pollard or staying at this office since no one cares to communicate with me why they will no longer see me. I already laid out all my past health history before my first visit. They should have communicated this prior to seeing me!

It feels so good to visit a doctor as a woman and feel listened to and not rushed over. I think they do an incredible job here of treating the whole patient with quality care.

I delivered my first baby with Dr. Pollard and she was amazing. She was very caring and I knew I could put my full trust in her. I had no problems with the delivery, no problems in making appointments, and overall had a great experience. The staff from her office were very nice as well. Mary Jo in particular was always so sweet to me! Wish I could have Dr. Pollard again for my second baby that’s coming but unfortunately I moved cities. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pollard if anyone is looking for an obgyn.

Absolutely love Dr Pollard! Dr Pollard recently delivered my first baby and the experience was completely wonderful! All of my appointments leading up to the birth were great! She is kind, caring, fun, gives open honest and non biased answers and always makes time for you. My husband was allowed to attend every single appointment (COVID times) and we both couldn't think any more highly of her. My birth was a really, really wonderful experience. Dr Pollard cheered me on at every push and took such great care of me after my baby was born. I highly recommend Dr Pollard and will always be thankful and grateful that I found such an amazing doctor.
