As the only female driver in the fleet, I would like to see several more women driving for ANR. Miles are really decent, in spite of the tough economy. We need more - more drivers, more dispatchers, more support staff. We've got a terrific Shop, new equipment, and great pay. Like any smaller trucking company, we have growing pains. Most of our outside brokers are pretty good to work with. Some could definitely improve their attention to drivers' HOS. Being small, there's a sense to push harder, so this is not a driving job for those who wanna stop at every casino or truck stop. If you've got it in your personal work ethics to work hard, and are mature enough to know there's no free rides in this industry, THAT will definitely be reflected on your payroll.

Needed a repair on a Ford box truck. ANR did an incredible job. They called shortly after receiving it with a detailed analysis of the issue, provided a variety of options and the associated pricing, then performed quality work far in excess of my expectations which also made their pricing a great value. Their friendly, informative and frequent communication was excellent and made the painful process of being down a work truck so much easier. I highly recommend this shop.
