Driver with the license plate 205 zbe is so rude. He snapped on me because I was asking him if he was here for a certain patient. I will not recommend this place ever. I feel bad for the way he talks to the clients.

If there was a no star this place would get it. They dropped a patient off and did not even open doors for them to wheel themselves into the clinic. “Not our job” They dropped them off 45 minutes late and were at least 45 minutes late to pick the patient up. They were very rude on the phone, no apologies as to their tardiness either. Would not advise for yourself or your loved one.

After reading the reviews about pick up service always being late I was absolutely panicked that we wouldn’t make our appointments on time! I was really pleased with our pleasant, kind driver Jeremy!! He made a stressful day so much easier. Wonderful Young Man!

Some people are nice, some people are mean. I recently got yelled at by a man in a black beret hat for showing up a bit late than I’m supposed to be. He even made a phone call with one of his family members and he starts yelling at them on the phone and it really scares me even more. Just because I’m disabled and not on a wheelchair, doesn’t mean this transportation has the right to yell at every person who needs a ride, especially the ones who have special needs like me.

Constantly late drivers..makes the patient late for medical appointments, late to pick up from appointments also. This lack of service makes riders late for appts., then doctors become irritated when patient isn't punctual. Late for return to home rides, which stresses patient.Two+ hours of wait time is too long. Very poorly run company.
